In over 50 years of obtaining numerous first mortgages and refinancing, this was by far the least cumbersome and most efficient process we have ever experienced thanks to Tricia. She is very client concentric, organized with excellent communication skills. She gave us a list of all information needed to refinance which we provided within 48 hours and that was it. I ended up at Standard Mortgage because I wanted to refinance my home when the interest rates dropped. I figured I could accomplish this "the easy way" with my existing mortgage company/bank since they already had all of my information. After numerous failed attempts via phone, email and website, I complained to a friend who just happened to be refinancing at the same time. I asked her who she was using and she gave me Phyllis' contact info at Standard Mortgage. Within MINUTES she contacted me and within a couple of days, she had us all setup and ready for approval.
