We purchased at 2022 Chevy Equinox from St. Marys Chevrolet and we are very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend CJ McGowan in Sales. Not only was very accommodating to our schedule, but we never felt pressured. We were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Last year when my transmission was flashed, it was done on the trailer outside. This time I was told to unload the truck at the far end of the lot and leave the keys in an unlocked tool truck overnight and beyond view of security cameras!!! As if my stuff is worthless. Then I was told, you may not get it in for a few days and it needed a lift bay. When I asked why it needed brought in to reflash, I was told well it doesn't but...(pause) it's just how we're doing it. Then when I came to get it, I asked if anything stood out and I was told it will cost much more to look and find out... What happened to taking pride in what you do and having a positive attitude of what is done! Why would anyone refer others to come there.

CJ Mcgowan was our salesman he was beyond concienous and helpful too us the day we picked up our new Trax was his day off and he came too the dealership and made sure we were familiar with all the workings of our vehicle and too make sure we were comfortable with it what nice young man plus he gave us a couple of calls later on too see how we were doing with it. He is true asset to your dealership!! Our whole experience with St. Mary's Chevrolet was great!!

I have never taken the time to leave a Google review about any establishment, good or bad, but my experience with St. Marys Chevy was terrible. I have bought and traded enough vehicles to have plenty of experiences to compare my visit with them. Customer service was poor, the truck that I went in to look at didn't even run (I had called about it. It was posted on autotrader and their website), was offered horrendously low trade offers during a time when most places are paying top dollar for vehicles and our questions weren't answered in a straight forward way, but rather a very shady used car sales lot sort of way. I would never recommend them.

CJ helped us pick the perfect truck. He put up with my fiances annoying constant texts and was polite the whole time. We will deff be back again for our next purchase.

We had a very pleasant experience here. We stopped in over the weekend to look at a vehicle we found online and to discuss our options for financing and trade-in. Jose was our point-man who walked us through the initial process. The time we spent with him was very laid back and casual feeling. We didn't experience the "normal pressure" of dealing with a dealership. We also went over the financing options with Krista before we left and we were given several options to consider and she worked around our terms and requests to find us the best possible rate. We returned on Monday with our trade-in in tow and completed the buying process. The whole experience was a surprisingly positive given the issues we have experienced at previous dealerships. We walked in with the mindset that this was just another dealership, but left feeling as though we were well taken care of. Terrific job to the whole team. Unfortunately, I don't remember everyone's names that we encountered, but every single person we made contact with in some form or fashion throughout the process had a smile and never made us feel less than welcomed. Thank you to the team, I love my new purchase!

I will be returning. I'm from TN. I just happen to work around the area. A previous vehicle outta a dealership in Pittsburgh got sold the day before my appointment I just happen to see a couple of vehicles on the lot that caught my eye. I ended up working with Jolene Shealy. Let me just say outta several experiences at dealerships she and the team at St. Mary's Auto Group make the car buying experience both painless and enjoyable. They have a system that does more than work. Ms. Shealy didn't have a single problem with even though I had my eye on particular models and price range looking at some above and below, test driving them, crawling underneath, asking about every little detail and if she could answer she found someone who could or the owner himself came out to answer it. I ended up getting into an gorgeous 2016 Silverado 1500 Z71 LTZ at a price I couldn't complain with. They met all my final demands. Needless to say as long as I'm in or passing through my business will be brought through there and I advised all my local friends and there families to go through there and at least talk to Ms. Shealy it was more than worth the time.

My wife and I were looking to purchase another vehicle, we went to. St. Mary's Chevy and talked to Jake. He brought us in to the office. We had looked at one vehicle and thought that we were getting it. But jake explained that he had been looking to get us a better deal. The vehicle that we were looking at was financed at 10.5 percent . He looked at the inventory the dealership had and came up with a Chevy traverse that had fewer miles and we were able to finance this one at 8.5 percent. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He made everything alot more comfortable to deal with. I will highly recommend him and the dealership to all my friends and family . Our experience was great, we got a better vehicle, with less miles and 2% less than our original deal that we had originally been presented.

This is the first brand new car I have bought, and I was pleased with the process. Jen was wonderful! She constantly messaged me every few weeks on any updates she had about my car coming in since I ordered. She was very responsive about any questions I had too. My order was on hold for awhile, and in March it didn’t seem like my car was ever coming in. In late April, Jen messaged me about a Trailblazer shipment coming in and made sure I was on the list to get one. A month later it came in. Amy and Jen both reached out to me to coordinate the buying process, and they both made things super simple and worked with my schedule. I am so happy with my 2022 Trailblazer!!!

As anyone would know, it’s extremely difficult shopping for a new vehicle. With the thousands of dealerships out there saying they are the best, I can honestly say that St. Marys Chevrolet GMC is number one. We Initially went to a different dealer and had the worst experience. After we walked out, not even 5 mins later, we received a call from St. Marys Chevrolet GMC asking us if we were still in the market for a new vehicle. It was almost as if the universe knew! We scheduled a time to come in and told Jen what we were looking for and she had few vehicles in mind. On the day of our appointment, we showed up over a hour late, like always, and Jen was taking care of other business. Another sales associate stepped in, Jolene, and picked up exactly where Jen had left off. The union that I seen between all the employees, from their supervisor, Amy, to Krista the finance manager, was reassurance in my mind that we had made the right choice by going there for our new vehicle.
