South Community has always provided great service, but I just called to ask a question and got a recorded message-twice! They are open till noon for drive-up, but the message says they will no longer answer the phones on Saturdays after September 1st - it’s still August! Hope this is not an indication of how things will operate after they become St. Louis Community Credit Union. If so, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Lazy, rude, belligerent & completely incompetent. I strongly recommend recording your every interaction/transaction with these people in case something goes awry because they did a sloppy job. Let's start a YouTube channel so manager Michelle Volkmann (who staunchly supports and defends the total lack of professionalism of her lackeys) & regional manager Patricia Parchman can see how the internet responds to their bumbling brand of "customer service." Maybe corporate will figure out why their facility only has a two-star rating in such a small community.
