Square One Financial: MPH2 Funding S Tamarac Dr, Denver

I have always had a good experience with MPh2, the repsentative's have always been friendly and polite. I called today, to let them know I will be making my payment 10 days late. Spoke to a representative by the name of Elsa. She was so unprofessional & rude. Requested a supervisor 5 times, before she finally transferred me to one. I know the owner of the dealership I purchased my car from. I will definitely be informing him of my experience. I will be looking for a different lender ASAP. Takes one bad experience for me to be completely done.

These guys suck they have no sympathy for anything or anyone they threaten to take your car all the dam time poor business skills my account manager candy sucks!! 🖕 definitely refinancing with someone else better when i can!! These guys need to be shut down like imidietliy I hope someone brings in a lawsuit or attorney cause this place is the worst ! Who talks to ppl that way old women acting like dam kids smh!

Very bad business ethics. Everyone in this place has such a bad unprofessional attitude. Is this business ran out the back of someone house. And now there with Pivot Rock, not any better. I can't believe you actually let your employees talk at clients this was. Supervisors try listening to your recorded calls to get the actual conversation. Your all a bunch of liars.

Called multiple times to talk to someone about getting a lean release for a car they reposesed and then sold, they keep directing me to someone who I've left multuple messages for, but has never gotten back to me. Starting to think the person they direct me too doesn't exsist.

Been with them for over a year and have never had a problem. Everyone I talk to has always been helpful, informative, and are always willing to work with me if something arises and I can't make my payment on time.

I don't even want to give 1 star! How dare you call me threatening to report bad credit when my late fee doesn't even commence until the 26th of the month! I sent my payment on Friday, your post man doesn't show until 12pm on most days. . . We've been through this before, your staff told me when the mail comes! Next time you call me threatening and harassing me when the mail has caused my payment to be one day late, I will not hesitate to contact my attorney. And further more, how dare you tell me to go get some rest! Maybe you need to get some rest so you can deal with people a professional manner. Shame on all of you for allowing your staff to speak to your customers in such a manner!

Get texts every month bout insurance so have to call insurance to send copy. Mph2 funding is no help. If i continue to be harassed by text message will lawyer up. You as lean holder on car should make sure your customers have insurance. Not the buyer having to go thru this every month

They are the worst! Mph2 will not help us with a car that doesn't work. The dealership we bought the car from sold us a lemon and yet they do not take it into consideration. We have to pay over $600 in repairs and they will not work with us what so ever. Not a happy customer.

I hate having this company!!! I traded in my car two months ago so I'm waiting on my loan to be taking care of and they call me every damn day after I told them I don't have the car!!! They'll call me if I'm a day late! Like stop being so annoying and rude all the damn time! Worse place ever!!!!
