Ashley was an awesome to work with. She answered ALL of our numerous questions in a quick, and timely manner. She always responded professionally and within a reasonable amount of time. She was very professional and personable. She pulled comparable comps and we closed well over asking price with multiple offers. She staged our house beautifully and took multiple pictures prior to listing. She even brought over some of her own, personal patio furniture to better stage the house. When we move into our new house, we will even be able to use their box truck free of charge! Sphere Realty is the way to go if you're selling, or wanting to buy!

Miguel Burden was extremely helpful and patient with taking me through the process of purchasing my first home. If you’ve bought a home before you know how important it is that all of your ducks are in a row, and just how stressful it can be. He made sure to answer, or find the answers, to all of my questions and put forth an offer that was appetizing to the seller while also benefiting my needs. Seriously, I couldn’t be happier with the deal I got - and the literal boons he suggested I ask for (home warranty/closing costs/timeline speed) made this a great experience. We closed at right around 20 days - and he definitely went above and beyond in representing me to buy the house of my dreams. This entire process could have been much more stressful than it was - so I’m really grateful Miguel was there every step of the way :)

We worked with Ashley Singh to sell our home in Jarrell. We had a great experience with her. She went above and beyond with even helping us stage our home to get the most money and quickest turn around. She took the greatest pictures of our home which were professional quality. Ashley was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was patient while setting up the house for Open House and worked around our schedule, which can be hectic considering we have four dogs. She answered every question we had or would look into it if she didn't have the answer. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. Bonus points that she was able to text and not call for every little thing.

I was initially stressed about being able to find a place because I just moved back from overseas. However, Miguel's service was outstanding. He really made the transition seamless and was responsive to all my questions. I'm relieved it was such a smooth process and highly recommend him from this experience.

It was a rough start, and it is still a rought going, trying to deal with life's complexities and curveballs. It can be absolutely disheartening. Shelby is a beast and beacon of light shining thru in one aspect, which is my need to relocate and find a place to call home for my kids and myself. Not only does she believe in herself; she believes in her client. She is kind, observant, intelligent, intuitive, a fighter, and an advocate. Really blessed to have her in my corner for my relocation.

The ladies in the office are very sweet, but not responsive at all. I lived in a corner lot and all of the neighbors just threw their trash all over the place. When I made multiple complaints, the only thing that came of it was an email from the owner. The trash issues were never resolved. When I moved out, though I have multiple emails back and forth, they charged me for the trash clean up. The maintenance man was extremely unprofessional and even tried to invite me over to his home.

I’ve never had a better experience trying to find a rental home. Maddy was just AMAZING! I can’t express how awesome she was to work with.

I wished the Sphere team had better and competitive lease terms for the owners who want to sign for property management services rather than the terms that force them to pay for the service for the whole lease term even if the owner doesn't like the service and want to move out. I Will request all owners who are signing the lease to be careful about the term mentioned there. This is not a general trend and most of the property management companies in Austin allow owners to terminate the term if the owner is not happy with the service with a notice of 30 days. In the service industry, continuity should be extended through good service and customer satisfaction and not by enforcing forced terms of continuity. All the best team and hope you take this as a recommendation and not as a complaint.

Sphere realty is the absolute best! Meg Bernstein is the best real estate agent. She helped us sell our house with ease, and professionalism. Because of her, our house sold quickly. She is very knowledgeable in her field of work. She always helped us feel comfortable asking questions and always eager to help in anyway she could.
