I went into this location and worked with Brittany. She was amazing and very thorough. She explained to me everything and was very patient with me. . Update: went back in to get some of the additional funds I had available. Because they were closed I went in to pick up the cash the next day. Nowhere in the contract or online does it inform the consumer that the funds will automatically be deposited into the bank account on file, if cash cannot be picked up. So my cash was deposited into my back account, which was not the option I’d chosen. Now I cannot access my funds and still have to pay back the new rate. I was informed I have to wait to do a rescind order and that there’s nothing else that can be done. This is unacceptable and unfair to anyone.

I filled out an interest card online and within 2 minutes I had a phone call. I arrived at my local Speedy Cash and was immediately greeted by Rodrigo. Rodrigo really had it together. He gave me what I needed to fill out while processing information in the computer to expedite the process. In 15 minutes that was all complete and I was ready to meet with the branch manager.

Much better Experience then Earlier via Customer Service Acct Review and Especially Store #119. OMG the literally didn't process my loan or paperwork states I was unprocessable and they could not help me. The Assistant Mgr gave me 877# to call where they helped to unlock my info.
