I have been with this locations for over 7 years. These are great customer representative that work in this store even though most have move on. I was shocked to find out they did not win the Xmas Tree decorating. Really they put a lot of time in their tree and to be knocked out by a coke video. Rosecrans you always have my heart and you did a great job. Rosie, you have a great team keep up the good work

I been coming to different speedy cash store to cash my checks and get loans but I have to say by far this store is the best one everytime I come in a girl name Yvette helps me and my god she always helps me in the nicest polite way always answer all my questions and even help me open a revolve banking account witch has help me me so much I really recommend this store thanks to that young girl Yvette!!!!!!!!

I second the recent posts about Jasmine--very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. She's helped me 2-3 times since I started coming here. The entire place is terrific, really--great, respectful staff and a nice, clean, welcoming environment. If you need a payday loan, go to these folks!

So, Initially I applied for a loan online however I guess I was not approved but I spoke with someone over the phone and she told me to come into the store to ask for her I went to the store a soon a I walk In all the ladies greeted me, which instantly made me feel welcomed I was help by a young lady name Ashley she stood out the most, don’t get me wrong when I came in all the ladies where nice however Ashley was great!! She made me feel very comfortable, I had a great conversation with her she simply made me feel okay about the unfortunate situation I was in. I really appreciate her, she made the process fast and easy as she mention on the phone . I will continue to do business with speedy cash, and most definitely will refer friends !!

About 2 years ago I had given this a 1 star due to lack in customer service. Today I give it 4 stars due to smoothing out the kinks and speeding up the process with apps. This is a great alternative to getting a secured credit card. Won't help raise your credit but the basis is the same. Get loan, pay it back with a small interest fee when due.

I've gotta say, my experience here was quite good. Thank goodness there was no line. Jasmine M assisted me & answered all of my questions. Was such a delight! I'd definately recommend anyone who wants fast and friendly service.
