I would not prefer the store to anybody you go in person you pay a payment and you think they tell you a that you do one day and then they take money out of your bank saying that you passed missed a payment the staff is real rude they lie to your face I just would not prefer the store to anybody if I could give him a zero on their rating I would.

Chris was great, he was very friendly and professional and explained everything very well. I was a little unsure about getting the loan although after he explained the break down of the loan I was happy with my decision. Highly recommend talking to chris here at speedy loan if you are ever in a bind its fast and they offer you 3 days to decided if you want to return the money and cancel contract.

She's very knowledgeable and so polite she made me feel comfortable and confident with using their services, her customer service is phenomenal.

Do not use this place. The male there, manager with glases and a badly maintained "beard", is rude, disrespectful and demeaning. It's such a shame when employees have better customer service than the supervisor. When we asked questions he did not respond, literally ignored us. When he asked a question he expected an answer immediately! He seems to be enjoying the little authority he has.

Very good experience with this location. Needed a little extra help and when I went into the store, Brenda was the teller that helped me. She went the extra mile to sort out some confusion with my account. I appreciate so much the excellent customer service I received from Brenda. These days that is a rare occasion and customer service has suffered greatly, causing an overall decline in human courtesy. Brenda was the exception. Thank you so much for helping me today, you just don't know how much you helped me. You were a blessing to me today and you will be blessed for your kindness.
