I’m not speaking on this location in entirety but the whole system is messed up. I had abPay Day loan for the amount of $150 and because my credit was so messed up it turned into 800. I was fine with paying it off within a year and then boom here is May I get a call from them saying I need to pay off my loan in full by a set date on this month. Crazy thing is the money they’ve been taking out of my account ever two weeks didn’t go to the loan but it went toward the interest. I read all of the fine print before accepting it and it definitely did not say that at any point of time I would have to pay off the Loan when they need it. I will never ever get a loan from this company again!

Unfortunately things happen and funds get low. I had an Outstanding experience.... High quality customer service from a sweet lady named Jazz. Service was quick and just right to get over the hump.

I been coming to this location longer than I like to admit, but every time I come I always receive good service. Some times funds get tight and they are always willing to help me. The manager been there a long time and she always very friendly and work with me. I highly recomend this location to anyone needing a little money to get by til pay day.

I refinanced my loan and the young man helped me very quickly. It's always quick service at this location. No problem.

These people are very warming love people and I love to come to this speedy cash because of the customer service here is over the top. Keep up the great work and I will continue to come back.

I was attended by this young lady and she had the WORST attitude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be at work/attend me. I spoke to her manager about the girl’s attitude. People come here when they need help financially so as a customer I was very upset. She had a hard time hearing me and didn’t even inform me of how much I was going to pay additionally in interests. I’m sure this job is not that hard. I would definitely not be coming back to this location. This girl shouldn’t work in customer service. She lacks empathy and sympathy, I will be reporting her.

Be careful going here and trying to get advice about your loan or pay off amount. I feel they are taking advantage of people in need that are not properly doing their homework. When I called here to get my pay off amount she included the interest however since I was paying it off before the 72 hrs there is no Interest. This location is mad shady make sure you do your research before listening to anything they say. I was also told once I pay off my loan I had to wait seven days so they can see that I am actually paying off the interest... that made no since... and she was unable to tell me the difference between a pay day loan and installment loan she just said they don’t do installment loans at that location.she informed me just to do another Pay day loa... like I said this place is mad shady.
