Absolutely the nicest and most professional experience I have ever had at a financial instution. They did everything they could to help us from the first phone call to in store experience. We worked with Amber and Desmond!!! They have been more than helpful, and always made sure we felt welcome and important to the business.

I experienced a slight hiccup with my online approval which I didn't even realize happened until I stopped by Speedy Cash on Harding Place to pick up the money. Marian was extremely polite, knowledgable, professional and helpful. She made sure she went through all of the steps possible to assist me and was able to work it out. It was evident that she not only knows her job very well but was able to explain every part of the process quickly and in a very positive manner. She's the kind of person who is successful because she takes pride in doing a great job and that is truly hard to find these days. Somehow somebody took out a loan in my name under this company and when I called they blamed it on another company?? Don't suggest going here and getting your identity stolen.

They are garbage they take money out of your account without your permission and they have nerves to say they didn't do it. Never trust them with your information
