Look no further, David is the guy you want to work with! I recently went through a divorce and needed to refi the house into my name. Being self employed it is a bit more difficult to get a mortgage. The person I worked with before told me I was out of luck. A friend referred me to David and not only did he get it done, he checked in regularly while the divorce was playing out and took the time to go over scenarios I don’t know how many times the numbers in the divorce kept shifting around.
