They have a nice variety of affordable jewelry, my sister told me about this place, my fiancée will be coming soon. The manager, Keith is very kind and was very nice to us, very funny too. I think this place is a hidden gem. Check it out!

This jewelry store is a hidden gem, and their prices are fantastic! We have made several purchases from a fine gentleman named Keith, who not only goes out of his way to be kind, but is extremely professional and knowledgeable! We will not purchase fine jewelry anywhere else than Sparklez!

A visit to this jewelry store is always a pleasant experience. You are greeted by a well behaved dog for loves everyone. Staff is professional , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have used them for many different reasons a simple battery replacement, jewelry repair work and finally purchases of gift items. I have been well pleased with all their services. I strongly recommend you don’t shop here if you want to be treated with respect. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to inquire about selling an engagement ring and the lady who answered the phone stated “Well, it has to be real, we don’t buy costume jewelry.” I responded that it was real. I asked for her to tell me the process, and she stated I needed a drivers license. I asked her if there was anything else I needed, and how long it would take. She snapped back and said “Well you can’t come in tonight; you’ll have to come in tomorrow or Saturday.” I responded back by telling her I was aware of their hours and I was not coming in tonight. She then stated “I’m not taking this” and proceeded to hand the phone to another associate and did not relay what the phone call was about. I will not be shopping at this business or selling any jewelry to them.

We’ve been customers of Sparklez for years following them from their previous location near South Hills Village. The entire staff is so accommodating and helpful. Their prices seem to be the lowest in the area and the jewelry repair is outstanding. We haven’t been anywhere else since finding Sparklez.!!

Came in to have my watch looked at. It’s not the best thing, but I love it. The manager Keith was awesome and fixed it for free. When I do need to get my fiancé a ring, I’ll be coming to see him. Even offered me a coffee. Nice place!

They are great here; I highly recommend them. I have been going to Sparklez for several years and I have always found them to be friendly and helpful, and eager to please. Today, for example, I showed up on short notice because I was having a problem with my watch. Cliff dropped what he was doing and took care of it on the spot! I have no hesitation in recommending Sparklez for all of your jewelry needs.

I normally drice my Aunt there when she has an item or two to pawn. The last time she came in, her item was not real, and she needed the money until she got her check. The manager Keith, did a very kind gesture, which most people wont do. I will definitely tell everyone. Kindness goes a long way.

I only go to Sparklez for all my jewelry loan needs. They are very professional and fair and I haven’t walked out disappointed yet. They have helped me out when I needed it the most and make everything so easy and smooth when picking up or paying on ur jewely. They also have so many beautiful rings, earrings, necklaces, watches, etc at a affordable price range which makes them a great one stop shop for all your jewelry needs. Also did I mention how friendly the staff all are which makes doing business with them that much more enjoyable.
