I recently received help from Andrea S. In the loan department and she was very helpful in helping me finance a vehicle. Andrea kept in contact even after Space City hours which was very helpful since it was my first time financing a vehicle by myself. I am very thankful for space city. Also I’d like to point out that Eddie was super helpful in my purchase as well. Eddie and Andrea went way out of their way to help me get what I needed for my job and I cannot complain about the amazing rates Space city has to offer. Literally no other financial institution can do better than space city. Thank you so very much Andrea and Eddie.

My fiancé applied for a loan on March 2nd, it is now March 14th and still no answer with a decision regarding the application. The guy handling the application is working on it, or left early for the day or had a family emergency! I get it things happen but 10 days and no answer? When he applied it said he would be contacted in a day or so! Annoyed!

Laura in the loan department is absolutely amazing! I have received three loans with Space City (each time Laura assisted with the loans) She has ALWAYS gone above and beyond! I have banked with a few banks and I must say Space City tops them all!! Laura thank you so much for all of your help throughout the loan process. I recently applied fora second car loan which was approved the same day! I found a vehicle a few days later and Laura had funds transferred to the dealership within 15 mins of me signing paperwork! Even the salesman were shocked at how quickly she responded (: Proud to be a member of Space City Credit Union.

Not to happy with their phone system ! I had to drive to the branch to get members services to help me, however being there was well worth it Amy Gutierrez was super nice and knowledgeable She went out of her way to help me ! Also she help my friend over the phone, which she had been calling for day waiting on her turn and phone going dead after someone had finally answer , she went thru that for days ! Anyway hope they get their phone issue fixed !

Amy from member services is absolutely amazing!! She was incredibly helpful and patient. A few times in the past I've called member services and they didn't really help in the way I expected, very rushed and quick to hang up with me. Although, this time around Amy stayed on the phone with me to make sure ALL my issues were resolved. Thank you again Amy!!

I have been a member of Space City Credit Union for 20+ years. I have always had exceptional service. Just wanted to share a recent experience with Manuel Quintanilla Sr. Member Service Rep. He resolved a debit card issue that I was experiencing with the utmost professionalism. He listened to my concerns and promptly resolved them. He is courteous and focused on customer needs. He is truly an example of what customer service is and should be and definitely an asset to Space City Credit Union.
