He listened to me to understand my situation and I felt that he was on my side during the entire process. I went over to see Raymond at Southwest Funding on a whim to see what I could qualify for. I was expecting it to be waiting for a few day to see what I could qualify for. He had a rough estimate done for me while I was sitting in the office. Once I found a property and put an offer in I didn't have to lift a finger. He took care of everything.
