SouthState Bank S Davis Rd, Lagrange

This branch might as well close down. They can’t ever resolve an issue and never know how to do anything the customer needs. It’s always “Let me ask”, “Let me get help” and today I was hit with the wonderful “You can call the 1-800 number”… Why would I call a 1800 number when I’m with a bank manager who has more knowledge on the bank process than I do? I will continue to go to the Opelika branch because they actually help and value their customers!

I only gave one star because It wouldn't let me give none. Charter employees spent years building a customer basis and providing amazing services and results. Center state bank is terrible. Good luck getting to talk to someone from here. I have a few accounts there and have been trying not to leave them.but after today's fiasco I believe I will be swapping as soon as things quit popping up from weeks ago.

Angela Taylor is a good example of how to treat a customer. She is a asset to CenterSate Bank and I hope they appreciate her work ethic.

If I could do negative 5 stars I would. Before charter switched to centerstate I was 100% satisfied. Ever since the switch to centerstate It has been horrible. There is always something going on and now the money I deposited in my account this weekend (cash) I can't even use until monday, unless I withdraw cash.... >shouldn't have to do that<. Plus there is no 24/7 customer support to even talk to anybody, which leads me to the point where the customer service truly sucks. I guess anybody can get hired here. Anyways I will no longer be a Centerstate customer starting on 7-29-2019.

Very poor customer service. I called trying to get information on my account and they hung up on me. This merger was a bad idea. Obviously they don't know how to merge correctly to where it would be little to no inconvenience to their customers. I can't access my account nor get help from customer service. If it was possible, I would give No star.

Thank you Angela Taylor for helping me access my account on my cellphone and help switch to electric banking. You are always super helpful. Your are a beautiful person.

I’ve had nothing but issues with my account. Purchases from days ago that are now being posted. I’ve never had this problem with Charter Bank, everything posted the following day if not the day of. I’m being charged overdraft fees for things that I had the money for. I’m done. I don’t wanna stuck around to see more of an outcome.

Ms. Davenport at this Branch needs to be fired and or retrained in customer service. We have requested my grandmothers mortgage to be debt on the fifth of the month and not the first which causes a late fee and over draft fee due to her fixed income. She has yet to do this simple task of adjusting the draft date. Who is the manager of this branch? I wish they would do their job!!!

Only bank I will ever trust! My parents have been with Charter bank longer than I've been alive and they write me a check for anything from $10-$50 to get gas and to pick up stuff for my mom when my dad is at work and every time I go cash it they couldn't be more amazing to deal with! The folks at the window know me by name now! Lol. Love love love charter bank!

I just wanted to say the people at the bank there are such a pleasure to deal with, Pete,Ashlen, Jon, Kim, Angela in the office that sets up accounts,and a few others they are so caring and happy all the time. I wish I could name them all but I cant remember the names. But they are great!
