I have worked for Tyler and Carla for almost 3 years now. I enjoy every moment of being an employee for them. We are taught to encourage others during their hard times, and do our best to help each customer get the most out of their items, with leaving incentive for them to come back and pick up their item that is pawned. I've literally found some of the same items online, brand new, for alot less then they were selling for. T.vs, guns, jewelry, tools, all way over priced compared to brand new in store products. DVDs are the only thing they have that is reasonable. The old man comes off very jerk-ish and condescending and the 2 ladies are a bit snobby and dont seem to even know anything about the stuff in their store. The younger guys are cool thou.

Place is a joke every time I try to call to see if they buy certain items so I don’t waste my time they say the same thing to bring it in. When I get there they say I’m not interested and if you have more stuff bring it in and we’ll take a look at it. They just waste time and want to get over on everyone

I've been doing business here for over a year and they have the best customer service they will do whatever they can to work with you and your purchase/pond or sale good people good prices and an over all professional experience

Great company always there in my time of need and always seem to go above and beyond for me. I never use anyone else when times get hard.

Let me first say, I am ONLY giving 2 stars instead of 1 because a couple times I have been here, staff was friendly. Otherwise, save yourself a trip into here. I have been here maybe 8-10 times over the past few years, encountering different staff from time to time. Frankly, I do not know why I continue to go in and look over the inventory, as I have NEVER had a positive experience there, and after the last, will not go back! Prices are WAY too high on many items, some even higher than getting the item brand new somewhere else. I understand they will not quote you prices over the phone for items you wish to sell, but perhaps they should reconsider. My last trip, I had previously been told, with enthusiasm, over the phone they were interested in buying an item when I told the clerk what I had to sell. After debating, I brought it in and was treated like a second class citizen. First off, the man approached me more like I was there to steal something rather than sell. He proceeded to tell me that they do just fine bringing in their own inventory and they did not need mine. The tone was entirely different upon arrival than over the phone, which leads me to assume they will do most anything to get you in the store. Another time, they tried to sell me a lawnmower they could not get to crank. I have visited other pawn shops and had much better experiences. I would not waste your time here, as they give some of the lowest prices I have seen, and then charge higher prices than some places charge for a similar or same new item.

We bought a ness sewing machine and we are extremely happy with it. Aaron was extremely helpful and a genuine pleasure to visit with. The price was right on comparing it to the current market. We will definitely be back and thanks again to Aaron for the great help

Won’t do an FFL transfer to Indiana. Also don’t guarantee that firearm will function. Every pawn shop I’ve bought a firearm from gives you 24 or 48 hours to return if it don’t fire.

Been gainfully employed by Tyler and Carla for a little over a year now. Excellent, courteous, respectful people to work for. 5 Stars!

Store was very clean. Staff members were attentive and helpful. Transaction went smoothly and efficiently. I'd shop here again.
