    The ladies at the Dayton location are always so helpful and friendly. So glad we changed banks where we can see and talk to people in person. I would recommend this bank to everyone.

    Online and door signed days your lobby is open today (Saturday), but when I called I was told your lobby is closed. You need to have accurate information and signage!!! You just lost an account!! We were there to open a brand new account, which won't be yours!!

    The good part was a good interest rate. I could not deal with the way they won't display an accurate balance when you use the bill pay and the company you're paying still can only be paid by check. My balance would be overstated until the check is physically cashed, up to 2 weeks. My current bank updates overnight when I do this. Just a convenient way to collect overdraft fees. If you go online and deduct money to pay bills, your balance should reflect that. If you have to run a hand written register, what is the point of the technology? Like a shiny new jet that stays parked in the cow field. And the incentive is to make money off it.

    A bit of an anomaly in Dayton in regards to customer service. I sat at the drive-through window for almost two complete songs before I hit the call button. Then, a manager (?) Came to the window to tell me that someone would be with me in a minute & walked away very quickly. Another song later, a lady came to the window, took my deposit from the drawer & walked away without saying a word. When she returned, she still didn't speak until I asked if she could speak. The lack of someone at least paying attention to the window was odd to me, & there inside didn't seem busy. I think they just didn't care to pay attention. Then, the lack of at least greeting in a friendly manner really stoodout, as it occasionally does in a place town that is usually very friendly.
