My mother in law got a vehicle here December of last year and it’s been perfect. She referred me here when I was ready to buy another car and I loved the whole experience. For the past month or so, we started the search for a dependable vehicle to buy as well as somewhere that accepted trade-ins. I stumbled upon Southeast on Facebook and started following for posts of cars I liked. My fiancé and I test drove a car at the start of this past week, and by the end of the week we had traded in my car and I was in a new one. Mary was an excellent help through the whole process and made the entire thing so easy. She even delivered the paperwork to my dad to be signed. The warranty offered by the dealership was an added bonus as well as a full tank of gas before driving the car off the lot. This was the smoothest car purchase I've ever had! I found the car I wanted on Southeast Auto Direct's website and filled out the online form to value my trade. I immediately received a phone call from Mrs. Mary Schafer. She took my information over the phone, and then I was able to text the rest of my information, including pictures of my trade. I prefer to text, so that was great. I went to the dealership when I got off work and test drove the car. I loved it! They worked with me to get my payment where it needed to be, and all I had to do was sign paperwork. Mrs. Mary even gave me flowers when I left. How sweet is that?! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
