    Best customer service in both sales and service I've ever dealt with in a car dealership- or any organization for that matter. Deno Moore, excellent sales rep, took care of all my requests beyond my expectations. Went above and beyond to find the model/options I wanted. Service dept is always superb. AND they follow up to make sure your visit was up to expectations. I'm on my 3rd Toyota product and will be buying my next one from Atkinson.

    I bought a brand new car from here in December of 2019. The car has an apple car screen attached to the stereo and it has given me issues ever since I bought the car. I have to constantly go into their shop with the same problem over and over. They finally decided to replace it, supposedly it was replaced yesterday yet I am still have issues with the screen. Right now it’s completely not working, the screen was glitching until it turned pitch black. They keep having me go into their shop day after day, I’ve spent hours there in hopes that they fix something that should’ve been working in the first place. They are a total rip off I regret buying this car, a brand new car that doesn’t even work properly and they refuse to resolve my issue. Do not buy from this dealership, spend your money the right way and go literally anywhere else.

    Took my Camry in for the 35K service. My service rep was very professional addressing all my questions and concerns. I waited for the car in their large, comfortable waiting area. The service rep kept me informed of the progress of the service. All went well and I was on my way home in less than 2 hours.

    I chose South Toyota because I had bought four of my last five cars from James Mitchell when he was in Hattiesburg Mississippi. Now that he's in Dallas well it was worth the drive for me! I drove from Southwest Mississippi to Dallas Texas to make this purchase, and it was one of the best experiences buying a car I've ever had. I was able to tell him over the phone what I was looking for, and when he found it, he sent me the specs and I approved everything by email and text. When the car came in they sent me a video and I got to look at it. Then I drove the almost 500 miles to the dealership with my trade in. The whole process in the store took just an hour or two, and everyone was so professional! I had so many people come up to me, people not even involved in the sale, welcome me to the store and speak. Nisa, my salesperson, went out to the car with me to make sure that I had everything in it that I wanted and took me on a drive. When we got back, she helped me set up all of my audio and the dashboard with my phone and Toyota connect and made sure I understood how to use everything. In the meantime, the paperwork had already been processed and I came back in ready to sign papers. Then I went to the finance manager's office and signed the other papers that needed to be signed. I was so impressed with the fact that everything was handed to me on a USB, and not a whole packet full of wasted papers to go in a glove box! The building itself is beautiful and well kept up. Everything was spotless, clean and well maintained. You can tell that the people care about their jobs, and the building, in addition to their customers. My experience was so wonderful that when I got home and was talking about it, now I have another family member who wants to purchase a Toyota from South Toyota so it looks like we'll be making that long drive again in the near future :-) I can't say enough nice things about my purchase, about the people, and about the business itself! If you're looking for a car, choose a Toyota and go to South Toyota of Dallas!

    Let’s get started. So we bought a Toyota Camry here in December and it took well over 30 days to pay off the trade-in. Had to call multiple times just to finally get it finally paid off. Then it took 2 months to get licenses plates. Today my wife takes it in for an oil change and they wanted to charge over $100 and told her to find a coupon. So she did and they were like we can’t honor that Toyota coupon. So they finally gave $20 off which put it around $80. The breakdown showed $40 in labor but they tried to blame it on increased oil prices. Then they were supposed to put on the licenses plates but did not. So she goes to sales to get them and ask if they can put them on and they tell her if she goes back to service she can wait for them to put them on. This has literally been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I mean come on over $100 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter. Anyone can look up prices and see that’s ridiculous

    After having a bad experience at a different dealership, South Toyota was a complete blessing. Frank the Sales Guy is awesome, we found a car my daughter liked worked out the numbers, and then payments with Kash the finance guy. I was not expecting to take the car home that night but Frank had the OIL changed, and Car washed ready to go by the time we finished the paperwork. BEST THING OF ALL A week later my daughter PASSED her driving test in her First New (Used) Car, and Toyota South helped me make my daughters dream come true. Thank you South Toyota you have a customer for life.

    If you are looking for a vehicle please stop your search and just come to South Toyota. You will not regret it. I had the privilege to work with Deno Moore. Deno went out of his way to find me the perfect car. Not only did Deno find me the perfect truck but he worked with me and got me the best price that was in my budget. He is not the usual “ pushy car salesman “ that we all think of when buying a car. Deno is the best. If you want a salesperson that listens, down to earth, works with you, and is not pushy you have to come see him. You will not regret it.

    The sign came on my car maintenance required visit your dealer. When I took it to south Toyota this very rude mexican girl name Audrey tried to over talk me when I would ask her questions give me answers that made no sense. So I got out of my car locked it and went inside and talked with a very nice understanding young African American lady with a great attitude who helped me and replied to my question without saying why south Toyota could not see about my car today 6/25/22. The mexican girl even gave me wrong information with a bad attitude. Because of the African American young lady I gave south Toyota 3 stars when I wanted to give no stars because of the mexican girl rude disrespectful attitude. And you send me emails about trading up with, NO, I am going to see about getting my car refinance by some one else I’ve been doing business with longer than south Toyota.

    Go somewhere else. The “Service Advisors” do not know differences in oil types and will lie to your face. They will also not allow you to ask the actual tech performing the work for his expert opinion because “they are to busy.”

    My wife and I are so glad we bought our new RAV4 from Toyota South . From our warm and friendly salesman Deno to the finance dept that made our purchase a real joy . Then our first service experience was so wonderful from the friendly calls to help us schedule our service to the actual personal touch and friendly lounge while waiting for the service to be completed.     We bought our 2nd car from Deno Moore and he is absolutely the best!! He does not pressure you and he allows you to make your own decision. If you are looking to buy a car, please go see Deno Moore, I promise he will not let you down! I have never had a good car buying experience until you come here!     This place might be a great place to buy a car, but beware....The service department sucks. They tell you that you need to schedule appointments, but there are never any openings. You drive there and they are closed for lunch, between 1:00-2:00 (what dealership closes for lunch and then does it at 1:00-2:00)....You wait in line until 2:00 and then are told that they are too busy to even do a simple oil change. You try to schedule for the next week, and they are closed the entire week. Don't people use their cars every week and if they need Toyota, they are closed. I compared their hours to other Toyota dealerships in the area and they are open by far less than any of the other Toyota dealership in the area. I would never buy a car at this dealership, I don't care what prices they offer. Maybe with reviews like this the service department can keep just enough business, so they aren't too busy.

    Deno Moore was very patient and helpful during our car buying experience. Due to the current nature of the market Deno helped us preorder our RAV4. Deno made such an unknown experience super smooth and walked us through every step. He was even able to get the car in sooner than expected! He always reassured us and answered any question we had.     Should not take an hour and 15 minutes for a state inspection. And in the end the South Toyota Service Department never inspected my vehicle. Basically, it just sat in the service area untouch for over an hour. Not coming back. My time was wasted.

Deno Moore was courteous, kind and helpful even through all my questions and texts.     Thank you Toyota South and salesman, Deno Moore. My previous 2015 Highlander was totaled in a wreck. After car shopping for several weeks, I was unable to find an 8 passenger XLE Highlander in stock. My rental car with the insurance company had to be turned in and I had no car available. Deno Moore located the car I needed, in Huntsville, Tx and delivered to my home within 2 days. All for the same price I would have paid for a car on a lengthy waiting list at another dealership. I have been going to this dealership for 3 yrs I never had a problem until now.     Deno Moore and John Steinbecker hands down best service than any other Toyota I’ve ever been to! Deno has almost 30 years of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing!     We drove from Frisco out to see Deno Moore out at South Toyota based on a car we saw online. We had a Great Experience. We always worry when we see something online that it will be a bait and switch when we get onsite. We had no issues. Deno met us when we got there with a smile and some keys for the vehicle we came to see. It was exactly was incredibly an easy and smooth car buying experience. Deno got us setup with the finance guy John who was also incredible pleasant to work with and wasn't trying to sell us on anything or high pressure. We didn't have to spend 1/2 a day there walking and they made it great experience for my daughters first time buying a car.

    Update 4/06/22 - Again Gerald is great. We always come here for service!! UPDATE 4/10/19 - Service Adviser Gerald is my go to guy, he always takes care of me and treats me with respect and professionalism. A++++ service!! "Great Experience!" From the moment I texted Justin to the moment I picked up my new Tundra, everything was a breeze. Justin took the time to communicate with me the terms, the pricing and listened to what I wanted in a Tundra. He was very direct and professional. I loved that he did not waste my time. He took the time to listen to my needs and gave me great options. I loved doing everything without having to wait hours at the dealership. Justin handled everything on his end while I was at work, and let me know when my Tundra was ready once I got off work. Once I arrived to sign off on everything, Justin took the time to show me my new Tundra, explain its features to my wife, show us where the service area is and answer any questions. This was BY FAR my most comfortable and pleasant experience in purchasing a new vehicle I've ever had. I wish I could go back and buy another Tundra from Justin, that is how much I enjoyed dealing with him! A+++++++

    Where to begin...short story is DO NOT trust the sales people here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was in agreement with Isaiah Montgomery over a trade in. After initially walking away, he called back and stated that they had agreed to what I had initially asked for. I found out that he had secretly undercut the value of my trade in car by $500 in order to get to my final number for my purchasing car. Being that I had already been in the dealership for a few hours that day, I was tired of arguing for what HE had agreed upon over the phone. He took full advantage of the situation. This only began the TERRIBLE service... I then waited for well over 2 hours just to talk to financial guy on a Friday night as they were closing. They stalled and kept reiterating that I would be helped shortly. Then after saying he would fill the truck up with a tank of gas (One would think this was easy enough), he said he couldn't find the gas key and that he would do it later....did he??? NO. Before driving off the lot my girlfriend noticed a chip to the front windshield about an inch in diameter. When brought to Isaiah and the manager Ben's attention they agreed that it would be fixed and taken care of. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I called and they said that someone would be reaching out to me that day. Another week went by and several texts with Isaiah later aI received no phone call. This of course is when Isaiah stopped responding knowing that they had dropped the ball yet again. Little did I know this meant have the local third party glass guy put sealant in it (about $50) and not actually 'fix' it with a new windshield. When I talked to the manager Ben he kept stating that when he said 'fix' it he meant put adhesive on it and that I am some idiot for thinking they would ever do the ethical thing and fix it by replacing it. He then told me it was only the size of a pencil eraser but reminding him he was wrong and that he only looked at it for a quick 5 seconds he quickly changed the subject. I would find a different dealership as they are only after saving themself every penny and not worried about customer service. ABSOLUTE AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. It would be worth any amount of time it takes to drive to the next Toyota dealership.

    Deno Moore at South Toyota is FANTASTIC! I recently purchased a beautiful used 4Runner and it was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car because of Deno Moore! He knows his stuff! He is very patient and goes above and beyond for his customers! I live 3 hours away from Dallas, and Deno Moore personally delivered my 4Runner to my workplace! You cannot beat that kind of service at South Toyota with Deno Moore! He even surprised me with brand new floor mats!     Great customer service from the moment we arrived and until our service needs were met. Keep up the great work. Colton Johnson was our service advisor today and he was pretty amazing. I wish I would've asked the young african american man's name that greeted us and helped us check in on the kiosk when we arrived. He was great as well.     Took car in for service. Very streamline reception and courteous. Gerald is terrific-5 stars for them. End of service return is zero stars-car not cleaned after they took it apart,and mats were rumpled and thrown on back seat-I guess too many years at Park Place Volvo with first place service. I surely settled for second -no, last place car care. The manager apparently does not care about this company's reputation.. Even if the car dealer is so far away,consider the long term effects.

    Professional friendly service! Very hard to come by these days. After searching for a car over many dealerships in Austin, Houston, and Dallas areas for months I'm so glad I found South Toyota Dallas! Reasonable prices and willing to go the extra mile. James Mitchell (sales manager) and Michael Kinsman (salesman) were fantastic! Highly recommend giving them a shot when car shopping. Drove 4hrs just to do business with them over other dealerships and it was totally worth it! Offer and trade-in accepted over email so final transaction was smooth and easy.     The building was beautiful. Plenty of space to social distance, especially with a toddler. I can say my toddler loved the space. Mr. Christopher Jones was great! I could tell that he was very busy, but was trying his best to help. Slight issue, my car took a little bit to long for an oil change, but will return.

    Went in there today for a quote on a specific vehicle as I was ready to buy a car and trade in my current one. I will say that their staff is mediocre. Even after booking an appointment due to the pandemic. Their staff should have been prepared. After getting SOME information on buying a car. A manager at the dealership did ask at the end if I am able to put money down in which I said yes and told me that he will be back with more information. Never got the information. Such a disappointment for this dealership to lose potential business.

    Great service department. I expected a dreadful experience going to the dealership being that my cars are generally serviced by the corporate service center at Toyota HQ. To my surprise, I enjoy coming because the service writers are so helpful and friendly, and I'm usually able to get work done in the desk booths.     Came here for an oil change and air & cabin air filter changes, I specifically bought my own air filters and brought them to the dealership to have them put in and TOLD them that I had my own filters, they even made a note so I know they knew I had them and told them they were in the back seat. Bad enough it took almost two hours (for an oil change? I thought setting appointments would prevent this?) but when I get home I looked at the receipt and noticed the bill was way higher than it should have been so I look in the back seat and low and behold, my wonderful unopened air filters THAT I TOLD THEM TO INSTALL SO I COULD SAVE A LITTLE MONEY but dealerships aren't in the business of saving money. I'm beyond disappointed and will not be returning for any further service to my vehicle, could've at least washed it while I was there for so long.

    Did not have a good experience with Deno Moore even though I read some good reviews for him on here. He seemed pleasant enough but he tried to convince me they were passing the $7,500 EV tax credit through on the lease of a Rav4 Prime but when he gave me the leasing numbers it was very clear they were, as my friends in the car business say, trying to "rip my head off" in addition to not passing the $7,500 tax credit through. I later confirmed that Toyota was indeed not passing the EV tax credit through on leases. Good thing I'm an educated buyer. My guess is the other people who wrote good reviews probably had a pleasant experience but didn't know or care how much they were overpaying.

    I told the rep that called me today that I was in the market for a Honda Odyssey 2020 or above EX in the mid $30k range ( just the van itself) before tax title and fees. The rep went on about payment but I informed him that I was looking for overall miles and price not to mention a clean title. He tried to push a different trim that I did not want. The rep mocked me by talking about looking for a blue or colored or rainbow unicorn. I told him I don’t appreciate that type of attitude and I will not do business with anybody with that perception. I am in the market for a reasonable price. Looking back I should’ve gone with it and said yeah I’m looking for that also because if you could find that unicorn you would be an curious person. Update, I got a 2020 Honda Odyssey EX at KBB value with 15k miles on it in the mid $30k and OTD under 40k from CarMax. I also found a stuffed unicorn that my daughter had and she wanted to get rid of it so I threw it in the trash.

    I really had a poor experience with another Toyota dealership while inquiring about a used vehicle on their lot. I had looked at many sites on the net and many cars when I recieved a call from a sales rep which we will refer to as Breana #1 who was very nice and once I explained that I had pretty much given up switched gears from sales rep to caring and concerned she explained that she would hate to leave it at a bad memory toward the brand itself because Toyota cars are more than the sale. She offered to give me a few dsys and check back, I thought sure thinking it would be the last time I would hear from her especially since I told her my credit was less than perfect and I wanted an inexpensive used car Toyota preferably. Four days later she called back asked how I was feeling and whether or not I had look at the South Toyota websites used inventory I had and they're were a few prospective deals I liked so I told her let me call back Monday and set a time to come in. I called Monday and spoke with who we will refer to as Breana #2 who explained Breana#1 was ill. I told her a little about what was up and that I wouldn't think it fair not to buy from Breana#1, Breana#2 said that she could get the ball rolling and Breana#1 would also benifit. I told her what I wanted she found two cars and shot me the deals on both. I chose a 2017 Toyota ia and told her lets do this all on thenphone or through emails and only when we had a deal with financing in place would I come in, no problem she did bbn it got me a deal all ready to sign I then went in and she insisted I test drive the car I asked is it a good car? Sure it was it was low end mileage and the carfax was clean with a full maintenance record and the car appeared to be in great shape so nnnm I gave it a run around the block and there you have it. I have had the car a week and did that test drive I took it to San Antonio for Christmas and 700 miles later am very impressed not only with the the Breanas but the little car is more than I expected it rides nice was comfy and performed with a sporty little feel and being such a small engine that was a concern soon dismissed. I love the interactive screen and bluetooth connectivity for my phone and music so cool even for an old guy like me. I do have to admit that the push button start confused me at first because the first time I got in she had it started so when I went out to take bbn it home no matter how many times I pushed the button it bvb just beeped and didn't start I hated that I was going to have to go in and tell the Breanas I had already broke the new car. Right you see if you put your foot on the brake pedal it starts right up 😂🤣. The whole experience was quick, pleasant and Toyota financial took care of the note so I will buy another car it may be awhile but I already know South Toyota of Dallas is where I will buy it.     I was at the dealership to check out the difference between Tundra and Tacoma and I was planning to buy a truck in a few weeks. I was taking pics so I can make a decision and one of the employees wearing shorts and a shirt started yelling at me and said no pics. I have been to several dealerships and they won't stop you from taking pics. I told him the reason I was taking pics and he said, I don't care no pics. This happened on 10/08 now management can narrow down who was wearing Grey shorts / Black Cap and a white shirt. I am taking my business to another dealership. For the Record I took Pics at Toyota of Irving on the same day and no Questions / Yelling

    My husband and I purchased a vehicle here back on October 2020 and tried to register this vehicle last year but it was rejected. We found out from the DMV registration office that the mileage showed on record was 6000 miles more than what’s on the vehicle odometer. I contacted the dealership about this issue and since then it’s been a nightmare. No communication what so ever. We called and called to get this resolved but the lack of communication was very disappointing. Per management communication, we were told that we’ll receive more updates but yet to see it happen. I finally received a letter receipt from DMV about the rejection correction but when tried to register it online it was rejected again. This is the last time I purchased anything from this dealership and will never refer anyone to them. They are the worst!!!

    I bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla last June 21, 2021. I traded it with Kia last July 30, 2021. Since then I've been waiting patiently for my extended warranty refund but until now I still haven't received any. Ricky Chavez told me that I will received my refund within 90 days but its been over 6 months still no refund. John Steinbecker is trying to help but now his telling me that I have to wait for another 30 days which I'm not really sure if he is telling me the truth. I've been trying to get hold of James Mitchell to ask for some help but every time I called they just passed the call around. I left a messages to Faith which is the customers relation manager but she never returned my call. I don't want to cause any issue all I want is the refund for the extended warranty that I paid for that I didn't even use because according to Nikki in accounting the warranty was voided and yet I was charged for it.

    I recently purchased a used RAV4 and soon discovered it had a few problems. I took it to South Toyota for service and was met by Colton who had the car looked at and figured out its issues.     Bought my truck here, and have had a chance to use the services department. Both were excellent experiences and I would recommend South Toyota over other dealerships I’ve been to in the area for anyone looking for a Toyota or a new car in general. When purchasing my truck they treated me with respect, and worked with me to get everything I wanted. Overall they give first class treatment, the people are as kind as can be, and the facilities are very nice. Every experience has just been easy, and you can’t ask for much more than that.

    I saw a nice vehicle online at South Toyota in Dallas, TX, so I got in contact with Deno Moore!! I told him, to see what numbers he could come up with for me, and Deno communicated with me properly!! I live 6 hours from Dallas, but I drove way out there to check out the vehicle in person!! Deno was of great service to me while I was at the dealership, and he had the vehicle cleaned and filled up with gas!! Deno broke everything down to me about the vehicle and answered all of my questions, that I had concerns about!!     I had a poor exp with them, First when I call them, they said vehicle is available and with in 30 min they said it was assigned to someone else from the starting. Secondly they are charging $5k in the name of market adjustment.

    I guarantee if you get your car serviced here, you'll keep having to go back. I recently had an AC compressor replacement done there and it was not the problem that needed to be fixed. Of course they won't diagnose what the real problem is or find out what is causing the freon leak in my car and I'm out of $2000. Take your car somewhere else. I've had better service at NTB.

    In my recent experience with this dealership they engaged the typical bait and switch shady sales techniques that I had hoped most modern dealerships had abandoned in place of fair dealings in good faith. We recently purchased a car over the phone and were guaranteed that it passed the Certified Pre-owned requirements. When we asked why there was a line item on the sales invoice for recuperation costs, we were told it was to cover the costs of work done to bring the car up to their selling standards. We specifically asked if that included new tires and were told YES! I also asked why this wasn't included in the advertised price rather than being tacked on the back end, and was told that's just how we work here (bait and switch). We proceeded to purchase the car because we really liked it and cars are selling very quickly in the current market. Only 1,000 miles later we found out that the car actually needs all new tires (they were conveniently turned around to hide the wear on the inside) as well as an alignment! We contacted the dealership to see if they would cover the costs to fix it considering we only had the car for 1 month, and they declined. This dealership deals in bad faith and cannot be trusted to provide you with the quality of vehicle they charge you for. For anyone wondering. No one ever reached out to me as it mentions in their response below. It’s just a tactic to get people to think they actually care.

    Purchased vehicle for 22,900 after 5 months when I wanted to return vehicle i was only offered between 5k-8k reason being as vehicle was crashed and airbags deployed, yet they sold it to me this way without disclosing at the time of sale that vehicle had been in accident… regardless of sales agent no longer working there, when speaking with manager they suggested I just stop paying and they would pick up vehicle. What dealer suggests repossessions to their customers?? i will suggest to anyone and everyone I know to AVOID this shady, crooked dealership at all cost! Lost 7k from initial trade in and am on the hook for a vehicle that is not safe!!

    I can't believe how easy Deno and South Toyota made this experience. I actually enjoyed purchasing a truck, for once. Deno is a true laid-back professional and delivered like he said he would at every turn. I was pleasantly shocked by his professionalism. Ricky in financing was equally professional and courteous. Neither Ricky or Deno ever used any high-pressure sales tactics and were a true joy to work with. I highly recommend Deno at South Toyota. I will be back when it comes time for my next auto purchase.

    I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from here! They have been under multiple different ownerships, making this an incompetent dealership trying to get over on their customer. Committing on deals to drag customers in and taking them back after return. On Saturday, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. After negotiating, I was given the out-the-door deal in the first picture of $36,500. They were so confident in their OTD (Out the Door) price that I was told “Take the car for a week. Present this deal to other dealership and I bet you won’t find anyone that could beat this price. I guarantee you come back to us to buy this car for our offer price.” So I took them off on their offer. I didn’t exactly that. The second dealership I went to told me they could do $36k flat OTD. So I called my Saleman, who then put me in connect with JAMES MITCHELL, who is the Var. Operations Director. He told me he would do the same deal and throw in the Vehicle Premium Protection Pkg (P4) in the OTD price. Why wouldn’t I take that deal? So I decided that I would come right over. Before I got off the phone with him he said “If you get here after 8p, I won’t be here I have to go take care of something with my family.” I returned Monday, I spoke with James Mitchell directly. We went over all the detailed of the deal and he said okay to the deal. As I’m filling out the credit application, he calls me over and tell me he won’t do the deal. & the person who gave it to me shouldn’t have. After spending hours there, it was a waste of time for everyone. In conclusion, I bought the exact car I wanted from another dealer for even cheaper. Thank you to my saleman and the sale manager I worked with on Saturday, you guys have wonderful personalities but I think your skills and talent will be greatly appreciated somewhere else. To James Mitchell, you should learn how to control your feelings, practice better more practical business tactics, as well improve your knowledge of the overall business. I could see why you guys aren’t meeting quotas. BE AWARE that they tried to charge me $495 for Wheel Locks and on the Toyota website they are only $41. Toyota website —> The all weather mats are $169 and P4 is $549.

    I worked with Mark Johnson to trade in my 2018 Rav 4 for a newer 2021 Corolla and everything went super smooth. I had told Mark prior to my appointment exactly what I was needing the deal to look like and he did exactly that with no issues. No back and forth with the finance manager and not 20 cars I had no business reviewing. I know I got the best deal available for my situation. I later learned that Mark has been the salesman for my family for many many years and I can see why! Don't bother with any other Toyota dealer in the city go to South Toyota and demand to work with Mark Johnson and Mark Johnson only!

    I visited the Toyota web site, searched for a Toyota Camry LE, and it presented me with a list of local dealers. I requested a quote via the Toyota web site from several area dealers and was first contacted by Deno Moore of South Toyota. This dealer had one Camry LE in stock, a 2022 model (none of the other area dealers had this model/trim level in stock). I agreed via text messages with Deno that I am interested in buying the car if I liked the test drive. I visited South Toyota later that afternoon and he had the car all cleaned up and parked under their carport at the front of the dealership. I test drove the car and it was perfect. In less than 45 minutes, Deno delivered my car to my home a few miles away (I was in a rental and had to drive it home). I've bought many new cars during my lifetime, and this was the easiest and fastest I've ever completed the entire process. I was very impressed and pleased with Deno Moore and South Toyota. Great job.

    I had a wonderful experience!!! Deno Moore was on point from the telephone to in person. He knew his stuff & expedited my car buying very quick & efficient. I came in & got just what I was looking for. He didn't haggle me about the price or another car. I am VERY HAPPY with my salesman & will refer my family & friends to Deno.     I had an amazing experience when purchasing my 2021 Toyota Highlander. Deno Moore did above and beyond to help me find this vehicle. I was able to work with him on a previous vehicle before me getting this new one and he truly helped make these car shopping experiences easy. I work crazy hours at my job so I was not the best at responding in timely manner but Deno Moore was so patient and was willing to help me get my dream car. He was able to get this vehicle shipped in from Georgia because there was no Highlander that was black on black in the state of Texas. Deno did above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful.     I have put off buying a car for months, for fear of the dreaded car buying experience. I gave Deno Moore a tight time frame to work with—I had to be at work by 2:00. He jokingly kept me updated on how many minutes he’d spent with me. This was by far the the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. Deno is pleasant and courteous and well informed on each model. He treated me with respect and never talked down to me, which is a huge pet peeve and why is was dreading car shopping in the first place. If you’re looking for a new car, I cannot recommend Deno Moore enough! I even made it to work on time! Thanks, Deno! It truly was a pleasure to work with you. I love my new Rav4!     I bought a 2021 Venza. My sales person was Deno Moore. Deno made me very comfortable through the process. He is a seasoned salesman. I never felt pressured at any point. He allowed me to come test drive the vehicle on my first visit and didn't try to nail me down on any kind of commitment. He simply answered all of my questions. When I was ready to get serious, Deno Moore took me through the process in a matter of fact fashion. I was ordering a car with custom specs, so that was an internet derived process, so there was not any haggling. I traded in a 2009 Honda Accord. After initially giving me a trade-in value that was a low ball, I told them that was too low and I would sell it elsewhere, Deno later called to say they had upped it to a price that was acceptable to me. In the final dealings with their finance guy, the agreed trade-in value was reduced from what Deno had told me by $250. Finance guy said that that was the tax savings so that was the only time I felt a little nickeled and dimed. I chose not to challenge that. The finance guy did sell me on the new tires and windshield 3-year warranty. He wasn't high pressure but modestly persistent. Overall experience very positive. Deno Moore is a good guy, and I would buy a car from him again.
