    I would say the Small Business Development Center has helped my business by keeping me accountable of where my business is going. It's hard to know the steps to take in a process when you are new to the business world. The SBDC is a great resource because Hannah takes time to analyze what you personally want from being in business and she helps you to find the tools needed to get the results. She has helped me set up my web page, determine my marketing focus, find resources that will assist me to flourish in my business. She acts a sounding board and guides and directs when needed. When my sister came up with a logo for my business, Hannah gave me input on how that particular image was hard to read, didn't convey the message for my business, and looked outdated and tired. A friend would not be able to give that sort of concrete criticism because they would worry about hurting your feelings. The Small Business Development Center and Hannah Bretz give you input that helps you put your best foot forward. Input from an experienced professional helps your business look polished and forward-thinking and I appreciate the time spent getting this expert advice.
