South Bay Credit Union Narbonne Ave, Lomita

My wife Karen and I joined in April of 2018. We had just gotten married and wanted to put our cash gifts into the bank. Neither of us had an account anywhere. I consulted my daughter. She told me to join a credit union. We went to the new South Bay Credit Union in Lomita. Sara Morales, manager, was excellent. We love visiting with her, while also taking care of business. Everyone is very nice and willing to help with anything you might need. Awesome!!

So far my experiences been great. The customer service feeling is friendly and warm. The banking experience is also nice. Their Lomita branch identity has a really cool theme. And their ATM gives larger withdrawal limits and offers large denominations--I like $100's!

I was searching for an auto loan and a co-worker recommended looking at credit unions as they tend to have lower interest rates. She wasn't kidding, South Bay Credit Union was the first one I found in my area. Applying for an auto loan online was simple and a representative called me soon after I completed the online application. I spoke with Victor and he had me answer a few questions and gave me some estimates and he told me he would get back to me the following day. The only reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told I would receive a phone call informing me if I was approved or not and I did not receive this call. I had to call the following day, but was directed to Victor immediately. Victor informed me I was approved and I could setup on an account online. The online setup was simple and easy, I would recommend this credit union to others.

Love the Lomita branch South Bay Credit Union ! Sara Morales is a great help and goes out of her way with the service even when she doesnt have to ! Also they have helped greatly with us obtaining a Jeep loan and 2 credit cards to help us establish credit when banks may have given us the cold shoulder 🙂

I can only say nothing but great things about this bank and those who work there. The employees are so nice and friendly and would recommend anyone who lives in the the South Bay to check them out and join. Me and my wife are very satisfied customers and couldn't be happier with there attention to detail and outstanding service. If you get a chance please go and see their new location in Lomita it looks really great.

Went to this location to open up a bank account. Not only do love the convenient location but I also love the fact that Victor Zeledon was super helpful with opening up an account for me and walked me through the process.
