They provided us with an offer letter 2 days after completing the application and the process for loan completion went off without a hitch. We were able to close within 30 days!!!!!!!!! Source Capital took a genuine interest in our business financial needs and even increased the amount of the loan to accommodate some unexpected expenses at the close of escrow. We did have 2 other choices but the interest rate and closing cost were much higher than the terms offered by Source Capital. Source Capital took the stress normally associated with a hard money commercial loan and made it manageable..........and believe me there are some companies that take advantage when you can't secure a conventional loan.
