Recently worked with Brandi Seay for my loan needs. She's very friendly, understanding and helpful. She understood what I was looking to accomplish and ensured I got a competitive interest rate. She was able to receive my loan request, process it and I signed the very next day. It was a fast turn around and I am extremely thankful for her professionalism and attentiveness to my loan. I've had several loans through Sound Credit Union and they've always gone above and beyond to get the deal done.

Brandi helped me get a personal loan and refinance my auto loan and was AMAZING! She was so helpful and personable and made the whole process super easy. I cannot recommend her enough.

Brandi Seay, Branch Manager is wonderful! Shes so knowledgeable! She goes above and beyond. I recommend her and this branch. They are so friendly and professional. Brandi returns calls in a efficient and timely manner and I couldnt be more happy with my service. I wanted a personal loan but she walked me through all my options (found a better one) and was even knowledgeable about how each option would or would not effect my credit score. This is so important to me so it meant a lot. Furthermore, she also worked with me to make an efficient and smart money management debt down payment plan. If your looking for a loan or anything banking wise. I recommend her and this branch! They were also so great in helping me with setting up all my business needs when starting my business!

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I have been to this bank on 3 different occasions and EVERY time they won’t help me. I had a check from selling my truck and the check was through THEIR bank and they wouldn’t cash it. Then I went to cash another check written by THEIR bank and they wouldn’t cash it then I came tonight to make change for large bills and they WONT do it because “they have to put it through”. Unbelievably rude customer service and INCREDIBLY unhelpful. Don’t recommend them at all for anything. Joke of a bank/credit union for sure.

I worked with Brandi Seay the branch manager. She understood my needs and what we were looking to accomplish with our financial needs. She took time to help me understand the route we took. She was prompt, kind, and very comfortable to converse with. I did not get to meet her in person, but left with well regards. I also got to meet her Assistant JC and he was just as amazing as Brandy.
