I am the office manager for this agency and have so much respect for Sonny Randhawa & the team. They have welcomed me and made me feel right at home instantly. Sonny is an agent that aims to help his policyholders and ensures they and their families are protected with the best intentions which is the primary reason I enjoy working with him. In my previous experience working for other agents and companies, I have never been treated so fairly and valued for my work ethic which I’m truly grateful for. It’s difficult finding a good match in the workplace and an honest one but in this agency, I do believe I have found my place. I am looking forward to learning and growing with the team to help our policyholders to our greatest capabilities.

What kind of person buys a business and then chases his customers away? This one! The WORST customer service I have ever encountered – period. My first experience with this agent was a negative one. He argued with me about an error that State Farm made on my bill. He obviously does not know that part of his responsibility is to help his customers, not argue with them. He only seems interested in making money – not in helping his customers. If you have a problem with your bill – don’t call this guy. He will yell at you and try to overtalk you and say “don’t question our mistakes! just pay it.” I didn’t pick this guy – I only ended up with him by accident. I would NEVER choose to do business with a first class all around jerk… He is so terrible that he wouldn’t have customer service if you melted it and poured it over him. He claims to own several agencies – you would think that he would have better customer service skills if that’s the case. He is very argumentative, disputatious, mean spirited, belligerent and arrogant. All the qualities you DON’T want in an insurance agent. This is the last person you would want to have to deal with if you are in a crisis situation like filing an accident claim. Words cannot express how much I hate this man.

After having had great service with another State Farm office for over 50 years, I was a little apprehensive moving to a different office after Mr. Schiller retired. Recently I had a need to call for assistance from the ‘new’ office and was very happy to have a thoughtful, responsive, and professional response similar to what I had been accustomed. In addition to the characteristics mentioned, William had a calm demeanor, which eased the anxiety I was feeling.

William was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I was hesitant at first to switch insurance companies because I'd been with my current insurance for years, but once I spoke with William, I realized State Farm was definitely the better choice. His customer service was impeccable; it's extremely refreshing to work with such a client-centered insurance company. And the rates are amazing! I definitely will be referring friends!

This is a bit of a story, but fast forward to the end; Sonny became a trusted advisor for me overnight, and I'm so glad he is my agent now. I had been with my previous agent for over 20 years. When he retired, I was notified Sonny was my new agent. During a Saturday this fall, I found out that through had accidentally let my homeowner policy lapse. Sonny is the definition of reliable and trustworthy. For years he has been my go to for homeowners insurance. He has been helpful and informative about any question I have. He has processed my requests in A VERY quick and timely manner. My trust in him made it a no brainer to reach out to him for my new auto insurance.
