Let me explain: When we first started talking about building a house, we had no idea where to turn. We sold our home after 7 years and had to deal with “big bank” Wells Fargo. The people that purchased our home had a mortgage acceptance from Snare, so we decided to call them. To call Snare and Associates and speak to a real person, let alone Anthony himself, was beyond thrilling after having the other experience. Anthony was laid back on the phone, low pressure, and very easy to talk to. So, we decided to meet with him in person, which scheduling a time WE were free was very easy! Long story short (because we could really go on and on), dealing with Anthony’s staff has also been a pleasure. We most notably worked with Emily and Josh, who helped organize the construction process of the loan. Each interaction felt more like talking to a friend than a loan/construction officer. They knew us by name, made accommodations to work around OUR schedule, and made the home building and resulting mortgage process seamless and easy. If we ever were to buy/build again, we would deal with Snare exclusively. There’s nothing like talking to real people, knowing you are supporting the local economy, and investing back into our area. We can’t recommend Snare highly enough, and know you will have the same experience we did!

Terrible experience! Mortgage lending in and of itself is a scam, but the folks at Snare and Associates take it to another level. I’ve bought and sold 3 homes in the past 5 years. I saw their commercial and decided to give them a try. It took about 2 weeks to realize they were charging huge fees and really didn’t know much about the mortgage process (well at least Joe Dziabo didn’t). Very unprofessional and at times they’re outright rude. The place is basically a subprime mortgage factory. If you can get financing anywhere else do it. Definitely would not recommend.

Joe was great to work with throughout the mortgage process of becoming a new homeowner. He made sure to stay in constant communication with me and answered any questions I had in a very detailed manner. It was such a smooth process and I definitely recommend working with Joe!

Moving from a different state isn’t easy, but Joe made the process go so smoothly, was always available to answer any questions that came up, and helped us close our loan SO fast we were able to move up closing and move into our house even quicker! You Sold OUR loan or you allowto a Company with the Worst Customer service rating I have seen to facilitate the servicing of you loans. In the last several months they have destroyed my confidence in them as well as you as a lender for the fact that you had no problem in selling us off to the worst Customer service I have ever experienced.
