These guys and the freaking best people ever! Legit the only pawn shop I go to. The women always make sure to help me no matter the issue!!!

The person who is supposedly the “top gun” had the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am 16 and I have better customer service skills than a person more than 10yrs my senior.

I like their DVD selection. They occasionally have items I would be interested in. Can't say there's too much special about this place to make me say a lot? If you are looking for used power tools or a used TV, this is a good place to start. Can't say how well the quality is tho as to I have never purchased much from there! Conveniently located right off of 221 about 5 to 7 minutes away from the old Mary Black hospital.

Its a joke of a place. They dont want to give anything for your items, nothing close to fair value. I understand they have to make money to, but they low ball hard. If tammy is working just leave because you’ll get nothing at all.

The manger whom hasbno customer service skills is rude as hell. I had an item on layaway Did not want it anymore cause i recieved it as a gift. This man women scream at me to ask why i did not want i told her cause i can change my mind She is rude and ugly will find a 800 number on her will never take my business there

These guys and gals are amazing. I shop here frequently and have always had a very pleasant experience. Also they have the best supply of firearms in spartanburg/boiling springs

The older woman in there was very rude, they low ball hard and never give you a fair deal. I would recommend just not wasting your time.

Oh wow this is a place that has a very dangerous drive way entrance, building is below the road , a tractor trailer almost rear ended a car pulling in there was 9 of us in front of building if it had gotten hit we would all have died that day , and after that I went in to sell some things I gathered on line auctions they ask for reciept it was on my phone , it had to be paper, so I went clear across town paid to have rediepts printed , which they could have done for free, got back guess what , my name was not on the reciept ow wow guess what it would not have been on a Walmart receipt . Either, a STRAIGHT UP DESCRIMINATION. CASE FROM THE START , OLDER LADY WAS RUDEST PERSON IN A PUBLIC PLACE I EVER MET.

Me and my wife purchased our very first handguns. The guys had good knowledge of what we were looking for. Allowed my wife just about try handling every gun they had to find the style she liked. Only had 1 complaint and that was the back ground went on a delay. Prices were good and costumer service was great. Seems like the store has allot of stuff to look at. We just got the guns. We will be going back without a doubt.

I have purchased a few gun from them . I had put one hand gun on layaway . And I had been making payment's and paying more on it than contact amount. I was 11 days late on my 4th payment a was working out of town and I call to make a payment over the phone and they had already sold it I didn't get a call from them or anything . I will never buy anything from that place again
