I have bank with other banks in the past and this bank is by far the worst bank when it come to costumer service, they are not helpful on the contrary when you asked them to give you certain documents from your account its like you are asking them to run up a hill and back down. and when I do get those important document they are given to me miss completed or misinformation. I guess its there way of getting back at me for even asking. after 6years of banking I have had enough I will switch to another bank that values me as a costumer. the 2 ladies that have smoker voices should not be able to run that office to the ground there is a new employee working there and seems like to me she was trained to treat costumers just like they do. this branch really needs some oversight.

I have had great customer service from this location unlike the one in Dayton, whose staff is always rude and disrespectful even when I am being nice to them. This location has helped alot with getting a loan or other simple tasks and they are very polite and courteous. I just love this location.

Use this bank years ago, freindly and very helpful.

This bank is so worthless. It is so behind in technology and how you can bank online. I'm in the process of changing to a new bank. It is so difficult to bank here compared to majority of banks today. They are about 20+ years behind.

Banking here has been the worst banking experience of my life. You would be better off anywhere else.
