This was the best customer service I have ever experienced doing a home mortgage or refinance. I started the refinance process back in May and after waiting 4 months the other company I started with was still dragging their feet. I emailed Triumph and Allen contacted me right away and I was able to close within 30 days for a better rate and FAR better pricing! Allen and Wanda are a dream team to work with. If you're looking for a mortgage or a refinance do yourself a favor and give them a call!

Triumph's rates were significantly better than competitors (we paid $5000 less in points and got a rate 0.25% lower than the closest competitor), but we had some trouble with the appraisal and closing. Overall, I would probably still use them again since this loan will save us $600 per year (plus the up-front costs), but the process wasn't as smooth as I expected. For the appraisal, we applied for the loan on July 21st with all of the supporting information, got conditional loan approval on July 27th, but didn't hear anything from the appraisal management company until August 4th, saying the earliest appraisal date was August 20th. On August 5th, the appraisal management company said we could pay extra to do the appraisal in 3 business days. We agreed to that and paid it on August 6th, but apparently it was impossible to contact the appraiser for over a week so the appraisal finally happened on August 17th (27 days after we applied, 11 days after paying to have it done in "3 business days"). I realize rates are low and everyone wants an appraisal so they can refinance, but the appraisal management company had awful communication and we had a hard time convincing the sellers that we weren't just stalling since we had no idea when the appraisal would actually happen. Our mortgage processor (Morgan) was communicative throughout the process so I don't blame them, but the appraisal management company is chosen by Triumph so any problem we have with them is fundamentally a problem with working with Triumph. We also had a problem at closing where the title agency wasn't able to contact anyone at Triumph to get a funding code, even though they were aware of the time we were planning to close. We gave the title company the phone number for our our loan officer (Carter), who was responsive and worked to get a funding code for us as quickly as possible, but it arrived after the title company closed. Everything was still signed and we were able to take possession the next day, so it worked out in the end.

It was a real pleasure to work with Triumph Bank Home Loans to refinance our mortgage. They had by far the most competitive rates, and a very well-designed website that allowed me to easily complete the application. They also had a secure way to upload all requested documents. A special shout out to my Mortgage Loan Officer, Blair Wright and the Loan Processor, Morgan Carson who were in contact throughout the process and made it easy to navigate what is a challenging and time-consuming process. Despite some unexpected hiccups along the way, we were still able to complete the refinancing on time. I also appreciated that they scheduled the closing to take place in our house during these times of social distancing, and the notary wore a mask and gloves during the process. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Kent Stone at Triumph over the years on a couple of different finance transactions. Kent and Triumph have been an absolute dream to deal with. I’ve never experienced such great service and ease of start to finish financing than I have with Kent Stone. I actually waited a year to refinance my lake house because I dreaded the process I had previously with Wells Fargo. It was absolute brain damage. When I found Kent Stone and Triumph Bank, I was shocked at the speed and ease of the whole process. You guys rock!

Triumph bank is good place to start your loan/refinance search as they always provides lowest rate in compare to others. My loan office was Chase and while I was in the process he told me that he will provide me the lowest rate if changed since application to 10 days prior to the closing the loan but when I requested him to update the rates (as it was done), he said he can't, even though I bring 2 of my friends and they took loan for him. Other then that, loan process is smooth and went well.

Triumph Mortgage was outstanding. Their rate was the most competitive, and their originator and closing team were prompt and professional leading to a seamless and easy refinance. The process was also extremely convenient, as they also arranged for closing to occur at our home. I highly recommend Triumph to any one exploring a home mortgage.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Bell of Paris TN. Though Triumph's underwriters were very picky and careful, Jonathan get back to us over 10 times, Jonathan was very polite and helpful and knowledgeable. He was very personable and we felt that he understood all about the loan process and made us aware at each step was needed to complete the process. I recommend Jonathan to you wholeheartedly.

Worked with Corey Chafin (finally…last couple of times, didn’t work out 😊) and got a great rate with low closing costs on a refinance deal recently. No drama, no fuss, just straight through processing. Deducting one star as the post initiation communication, underwriting process, timelines and the closing process could have been faster, more flexible and better. Good overall experience though.

Fantastic experience, start to finish. I received my initial quote from Dennis Ross on June 23 and by July 14th my refinance was complete. Dennis and Jessica were always quick to respond and very clear about what items were needed. They made this a smooth, hassle-free experience. I highly recommend Triumph and Dennis Ross.

If I could give 5 stars to Chris only, I would. He was super responsive through the terrible process and seemed to be doing everything he could to help. However, somewhere, the ball got dropped on getting our appraisal. I paid for it the day they requested. The next week I received an email about paying for the appraisal from Wanda. I responded saying I’d already paid, so hoped they were getting something scheduled. Flash forward a couple weeks and we’re 2 weeks from closing with no appraiser. They find someone, but I have to pay again. The appraiser ignores them and we have no one. We were supposed to close 6/24 and didn’t get to close until 7/9. If it weren’t for the sellers of our new house being nice and letting us move in, we would’ve been homeless over 2 weeks because of them! In the end, I think I received the best rates available, so the next 30 years of lower payments was probably worth it.

Patti was easy to work with and everything with the loan process went rather smoothly. The fees and process were transparent. I would recommend Triumph for any physician or conventional mortgage.

Truth be told, I was skeptical about dealing with a lender I never heard of (Triumph Bank Home Loans). I saw their advertised rates and thought it was too good to be true. I did some research on the company and couldn't find anything concerning so I cautiously engaged with them. I am extremely happy I did! Unfortunately, I didn't take the name of the first loan officer I dealt with but he was very helpful and provided me good advice as far as what to look for when comparing what banks were offering. After contacting and negotiating rates with larger banks, and local lenders, I found Triumph was offering the best rate that many couldn't even get near with out assessing points. So, I called back and got Dustin King, Loan Officer. From the start Dustin provided truly superb customer service. Not only was he extremely professional and respectful, he was very knowledgeable, clearly explained everything, and pushed an expedited VA closing getting closed in two weeks!!! I called him just about everyday during those two weeks and he never hinted at being even slightly annoyed. He was always reachable and very responsive. Thank you to Dustin, his team, and the other folks at Triumph. You got my family out of hotel living and, with your rate, saved us over a thousand dollars per year.

I did my original purchase with Triumph and also recently used them to refinance my mortgage. Both times my loan officer was Tony Hill, and both times I had an extremely positive experience. When I was getting rates from multiple lenders for a cash out refi, Chris Smith was proactive in sending me updated quotes as the market conditions changed. I was able to lock in a fantastic rate that the other banks could not match. He and his assistant were great on communications. The only snag was with the closing attorney who messed up on wiring the cash out to my savings account. This was no fault of Chris or Triumph Bank. I would work with them again.

I worked with Corey and Debra to refinance and take advantage of the low interest rates. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. Following my closing, decided to check reviews for one of the other companies I was looking at initially (AmeriSave) and all the recent reviews indicate lack of communication, delays in closing dates, changing rates and fees, etc. I have to say that from start to finish Corey and Debra were both excellent to work with. They moved me through the whole process smoothly, did handholding where I needed it, explained every little detail and were on top of things. We closed in record time with an awesome competitive rate and low fees. I can't ask for more. Talk about going above and beyond - Mike even provided personal advice on some of the inspection report results that were concerning to me. He truly listens. Jill was super-efficient and professional. Nothing fell through the cracks. She was also patient with my stupid questions. Jill held it all together and project-managed the entire process. I refinanced my home mortgage with Triumph bank. I compared many online and local lenders and they had the best rate. The initial quote they gave me, was very accurate (they didn't add any extra cost). In less than a month I had the mortgage closed and the process was very easy. The staff I worked with (Allen and Morgan) were very helpful, and they were responding all questions I had very quickly. What I liked the most is that I could do all steps from home, including the closing. Overall, an excellent experience.

I had the chance to work with Blair remotely for both a mortgage and a refinance and the experience has just been perfect and it completely exceeded my expectations. Blair and Rebecca were both professional, friendly, helpful and always made me feel that I was in good hands. The application process was very easy and smooth and their communication through email and phone was very efficient. They also gracefully worked with me to extend my rate lock period by a few days which was very helpful. And I believe they have some of the most competitive rates available online. Good experience. Competitive rates. My loan officer changed during the process but the support did not. Very busy times for refinance, it was obvious. Most replies were very timely, although a couple of times it was 24hours+ . This is my second loan with Triumph and I will go there first when I need a mortgage again. (note...the Title company they chose took 5 days to get my payment to me...but it did arrive)

Wow! What a journey. Just did a cash out refinance. Took about 3 months overall from start to finish. My loan officer, Ellen May, was able to lock my low rate in during the entire process. Appraisal took quite a while to schedule, due to the high demand. I am very grateful for the 70% LTV cash out!
