Very unsatisfied with the customer service we receive EVERY time we try to make a deposit. EVERY single time we try to make a deposit into our account we get a run around as to why they can't deposit the check. 3 times within the past month they have turned down a deposit, yet I can leave there and take the same checks to our other bank a couple blocks over and they make the deposit without any hesitation. We have already pulled our loans from Simmons and will be doing the same with our checking account! Don't waste your time or money on Simmons! I highly recommend visiting your nearest locally owned bank!

Closed my accounts. I went in through the drive thru to pull out $5,000 and was told over the loud speaker I did not have enough in my account. I told her to check again and I had $258,000 in there needless to say I got my $5,000.
