After my mother's death I closed her account, they then tell me social security toke money out of the account. Social security tells me they didn't get any money, because the account was closed. The branch manager sent it to a collection agency, saying that I owe money that was never taken out of the closed account. Be very careful doing business with this branch. They are not trust worthy, with anybody's money.

They wouldn't even cash a check from thier own bank because it was a weekend..i went to a real bank like arvest and didnt have any issues cashing the check .
