I love Simmons Bank and I have been with this bank since 2006. This location is a different story. I made a deposit on my account using their ATM on Saturday night. There was no documentation that I made ANY deposit on my account. Thankfully, I got a printout or I be in a bad spot. I was concerned because my account didn’t show any deposits, AT ALL. I call Simmons Bank customer service this morning, Monday, which in returned called this location. 10 am-ish, Monday morning and NO one had been out to check the ATM deposits yet. I call customer service again this afternoon around 3:30 pm, no deposit STILL, who in return, called the location. Their response, we have had no one check the ATM for deposits yet. WHAT??? I have NEVER heard of a bank location acting like this, end of the day and no one had to check the deposits yet. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone else uses a different location for deposits. I sure wish I made my deposit somewhere else. I have learned my lesson, what a bad bank location.
