The purchase of my first home was a wonderful experience once I changed banks to Silver Bay Lending in Hampton Bays NY. I was referred by my broker and worked very closely with Briana and Mike. They were so professional and helpful in getting me a great rate and navigating my first time purchasing a home through checking all the boxes up until closing. They helped me to keep on top of every document needed and also got me through a couple obstacles to make my dream of owning a home come true. They truly care and treat their clients like family. I highly recommend their services.

Mike and Briana were amazing. Made our first home buying process very easy. Mike is very knowledgeable about the industry and was very helpful throughout the process. Briana was the same way. Anytime I send her an email she would respond immediately. Her response time was outstanding. They make a very good team and will make your home buying process a lot less stressful.
