I began looking for homes for sale on Zillow. That is how I was introduced to Sierra Pacific Mortgage. I was contacted the next day after my inquiry to speak with a lender. The lender seemed professional took down ALL my sensitive information. Including my SS, pay-stubs and W2's then he said he would work with me and give me information about what I needed to know. But he never proceeded to do this. He never called me back. I called 2 days later and spoke with another lender who gave me a similar vibe (seemingly professional) but did nothing. Oh, and he did run my credit. All for nothing. I am going to call their corporate office and complain. The first man's name is Ben Richards. The second man's name is Bob Marousek.
