Absolutely great customer service. The people were light hearted and willing to joke. The gentleman that took care of me even took the time to explain what he was doing testing the gold and silver and how it worked! I am so super impressed considering I was so nervous going in because of the area and all the other horror stories circulating pawn shops. I will definitely be revisiting this place if ever I need to deal with a pawn shop again. Love them!

The shop owner makes smart comments. I used to make loans with him until he said he is gonna stop taking my camera and laughed.

the bad review was from a person that did not know what he was looking at. he came back with the coin and got a refund promptly. in about 3 hours another person came in and bought the coin at the $28.00 dollar price and was very happy to get this collector coin . We do not sell fake any thing, all our gold is real . Come and check us out. the manager

I have always had good service and good luck finding coins. To the persons review four years ago. They get in a number of coins all the time and after speaking with the owner, he has a difficult time keeping up, There could be a possibility he was not sure what the coin was. If you are going to the pawn shop looking for deals great.Buying a coin then coming back 3 hours later for a refund tells me you did not know what you were looking at and you bought the coin thinking it was silver and you tried to turn it for a profit. Either way if you do not know what you are looking at why are you buying.

I have been a pawn customer for my whole grown-up life. I have seen pawn shops come and go. Sibley Road Pawn Shop is, by far, the best pawn shop in Augusta-Richmond.
