I ordered at 2022 Ford Maverick from Mike Heck. Everything that was in his and the dealership's control went smoothly. No hassles, no headaches. I was able to put a small down-payment and was not subject to forced purchases that some OTHER dealers in the area charge, like appearance packages and Lo-Jack. The happy ending to the story would be I got my Maverick and loved it, but as it was taking too long to receive - after over 2 months Ford still hadn't set an approximate date for completion which is usually another 2 months from the point in which they do - I ended up cancelling. I got a prompt refund. Even though i didn't get my maverick, if and when I am in the market for a Maverick in the future, i will be going to Shults Ford South to Order it. Thank you, Mike Heck and everyone else for making the process hassle-free.

Just picked up my 2022 F-150 Lariat. Michael McCleary went above and beyond. They had a truck in stock that I liked, but I really wanted an additional feature - that was not in the one they had. He never once tried to talk me into the one in stock. He knew I wanted what I was looking for and he did everything he could to find it. Within a few days he found one in another state and pulled all the strings, cashed in every favor and got the truck in his lot for me. Due to my work schedule and my kids sports schedules, he prearranged everything to pick up the new truck and literally had me in and out in just under an hour for delivery. I only stayed longer because I had questions and he took his time showing me all the technology features. I’ve leased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime and this, by far, was the least stressful. I hate dealerships but I was shocked at how easy this was! I walked in just to see what they had available since cars are hard to come by right now at a decent price. Our salesman, Mike, worked numbers for us and we came home they day with a brand new car which was not expected! I still have people asking me how I possibly got my Bronco with the market the way it is, and at such a good price. I can’t say enough how thankful I am that I found them.

I contacted them several times about a recall on my vehicle. Every time, they take my name, phone number and email address and say they will have a service team member contact me. Every single time, I get no response. I know now not to take my vehicle here. I'll contact another dealership. If I could give Minus 5 stars I would. I have never EVER been treated SO badly from a car dealership. BEWARE...DO NOT USE SHULTS FORD SOUTH! First off, it took me close to a week just to get an appointment since they NEVER answer their phones. Finally, once we dropped it off, it took exactly a MONTH to get the truck back, with every possible lame excuse of how they are short handed. For a MONTH?? They NEVER answered their phone for us to ask the where-about of the vehicle. Finally Tyler called and said he would look into a loaner car. Several days later - he never called and again never answered their phones, until finally he did and said all cars were being loaned out. A MONTH without a vehicle! And NO loaner at all?? Really? 1 month and over $3,000 later, we go to pick up the truck after hours and its worse than before! Not only is it not fixed, but now there is an electrical issue, it won't lock and the A/C is not working (and it was working great at dropoff a month ago). We left it there and for days tried to reach Tyler again. Another 4 days goes by and we finally are told they haven't even looked at it yet. Still NO LOANER!! We are now at 5 weeks! This is the most unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent dealership we have EVER encountered. Stay away!

We were treated very nicely. Our salesman explanained everything in detail and answered our questions. Finance manager was very welcoming and explained services that were available very clearly. All the features of our new SUV were demonstrated and questions answered. We would highly recommend Mr. Bazzy’s Shultz Ford south. If I could give one star I would. I was there to purchase or lease a 2022 maverick. The sales guy came back with horrible numbers and wasn’t even interested in selling me anything else. I asked to lease the maverick witch is 31grand and he came back with high 500 a month. Hell myI trade is a 2019 f150 with 21,500 miles super crew. With having Equity in the truck was only 560. I was looking to downsize and lower my payment. I will never do business with shuts anything ever again. Hell if the sales guy would of suggested another vehicle or other options I wouldn’t be so mad. But literally the guy didn’t seem to care to sell me a vehicle that day. But that’s ok there’s many ford dealer to choose from In the pittsburgh area .

My wife and I were simply going out to begin looking at cars on Monday evening. We weren't necessarily looking for brand new, and definitely had no intentions on buying a vehicle that day! We saw this 2018 "Ruby Red" Ford EcoSport and liked it immediately. Tom Merikas, the salesman, came over and introduced himself to us, and showed us some of the features. He suggested that we take it for a ride. I have to admit that I was pretty impressed with the way this SUV handled. It also has a feature called Intelligent 4WD, which is something really neat. After driving the car, we figured since we liked the ride, and we both loved the color, what was the point in looking any further?! We talked to Tom, and he and the other folks at Sturman Larkin Ford worked out some pretty awesome figures that were too hard to pass up, so here we are! I have a happy wife and a great new car! If you're in the market, don't hesitate to check them out, and definitely ask for Tom Merikas! He was So NOT pushy, and took the time to answer every single question. He even invited us back to go over anything at all that we may have missed, He's a first class, straight up guy!

Service is great. However, constant problems with Bluetooth in my 2016 Escape. No matter what, it’s been looked at at the dealership. This Bluetooth sucks. Always an issue. Unable to be fixed properly.

I had my flatbed there for service our body shop been dealing with them for 35 years service was horrible and on top of it they damaged my wheel on my truck 4 months later never fixed it or got back to me pons auto body giving them buisness i guess doesent matter to them

Ordered a new Bronco from a reservation through Mike Heck. He was attentive and answered any questions I had. He also tolerated numerous phone calls for updates during a 7 month wait for our Bronco to arrive. Once it did we had absolutely no issues with financing, no options forced down our throat, and no dreaded dealer mark up. Everyone was extremely easy to work with. And they even gave us some goodies once the deal was done! We'd definitely work with Shults again.

I recently relocated to the Pittsburgh area from NJ. My 2021 Ford Bronco was due for its first service. I went on my Ford App to schedule the service and fortunately I was directed to Shults Ford South. When I arrived I was taken right in. The service desk was willing and eager to help. The guys there were attentive and cordial. They understood my questions and explained everything intelligently. They told me I’d be there no longer than an hour and they were right about that. I made an appointment online for a simple vehicle inspection and I dropped off my car before operating hours. After working a full day and returning that afternoon, I still had to wait about an hour because the mechanic didn't get it done. Terrible customer service and the employee, Tyler, never apologized nor took responsibility for this mishap. On top of the terrible customer service, they seem to not have organizational communication nor efficiency. After setting a new appointment for a service, they did not call ahead to let me know that the part needed was backordered. My wife and I wasted our time dropping off my car for nothing. Mishaps like this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. PERIOD. Let alone twice.

Strongly recommend you do NOT take your car here for service. Please see our abbreviated story below: December 16, 2021, the engine of my partner's Ford Fiesta seized up while on the road. Problem was diagnosed at a local service garage, but the car was still within warranty period, so we checked with a few local Ford dealers. Most said they couldn't look at it for a couple weeks, but Shultz Ford South said they could get right on it. After sending proof of oil changes by early January, Shultz Ford said the repair should be covered under warranty, but they wouldn't be able to look at it for a couple weeks (early red flag - they told us previously they could take the job). At the end of January we finally heard back and they told us the repair would not be covered under warranty because the car was missing its oil filter. Now, at this point the car had been through two garages and it had been well over a month since the original incident. Now, a minimum of three auto mechanics from outside Shultz Ford South have assured us that oil filters don't just fall off, but this is exactly what the dealer claimed happened, and they told us to ask Penzoil to pay for the repair since they changed the oil last (note: the car had been driven for 4000 miles since the last change, meaning the filter was obviously installed just fine). They also accused me of lying when I said there was no sign of that happening when the engine failed - service manager said he wasn't there so he couldn't say what did or didn't happen. Not sure when the filter came off or was removed from the car, but we fail to see how it is our fault, yet the dealer kept refusing to honor the warranty. They told us many times that we could "tow it to another dealer if we want to." In the end the Shultz did nothing to advance our cause, but Ford corporate stepped in and split the repair cost with us (total was over $7000 and we had to pay about $3000). This should have been completely covered for us, as we were originally led to believe the warranty would be honored. Furthermore, after all the finger-pointing nonsense, they didn't get the car repaired and back to us until April 19, 2022 FOUR MONTHS AFTER THEY TOLD US THEY WERE FREE TO WORK ON IT. They never offered a loaner car to us, even when we asked about it, so we were down one car in our household this whole time. We will never be back, will warn anyone we know about this place, and will probably never buy another Ford again thanks to this experience. Well done team, you've lost some customers for life.

If you are used to Shults Ford in Harmarville, you will be disappointed by Shults Ford South. There was delays in servicing my vehicle. It took a couple of hours for my car to be taken back for the Works. The mechanic didn't seem to understand how to start my vehicle or how to shut off the alarm on my push to start vehicle. The bathrooms needed to be serviced and the walls were dirty. They were so late in servicing my vehicle that they could not perform all of the necessary work on my vehicle and I was forced to take it to another Ford dealership. It was worth traveling across town to Shults Ford in Harmarville in order to have my vehicle worked on much more promptly and to be able to wait in a much more pleasant environment.

Bought our Escape new at previous dealer at this location and did try Shultz service dept. for The Works. Oil smeared all over the passenger leather seat. They have no transmission tech so went to another dealer for extended warranty repair (C.Harper did a great job). Last year was a huge hassel to get battery they sold us replaced under warranty. After PepBoys recommended service on fairly new rear brakes that we bought from the Ford dealer they said we have to buy new rotors again. Their Ford Motorcraft lifetime warranty on brake pads is a rip off as you have to drive until the pads are dangerously thin (unsafe) before they'll replace them. Was within 1/32", but parts guy told me to see service advisor, who took me to service manager. Not worth the argument so I walked. When it comes to service you should too!

I traded my old F150 for a new one during the vehicle microchip shortage based on an offer from Michael McCleary at Shults Ford South. Shultz Ford South service is top notch. Talk about above and beyond….I took my F150 2015 because electronic running boards were not working. I had a warranty but when the warranty company came to inspect they said they wouldn’t cover because it was normal wear and tear. My husband who is a 100% service connected Veteran was not able to get in my truck without the boost of the running boards. The Shults Ford Service Department knew how critical this was to us so we could attend numerous doctors appointments. They called Ford headquarters and got an approval to perform there repairs👏 The sunroof was covered under the warranty so I did not have to pay anything! Most recently I went for an oil change. They told me the inspection was due next month and asked if I would like that done while I had it in. Then they gave me a $30 coupon off the inspection 😊🤑. That to me is great customer service!! Practically got a brand new F150 for a steal, didn't have to argue about a lower price at another dealership or online because they are the LOWEST factor in the free oil changes for the life of the vehicle and you made out like a bandit. Modern and friendly environment with a diverse inventory it's hard not to find what you're looking for; and if by some off chance they don't have what you want they have no problem finding what you want instead of making you splurge or settle for something you don't exactly want unlike other dealerships. Filling out the paperwork was a breeze because everything was explained in plain english and did not feel as if I got ripped off in the fine print all my questions and concerns were listened to and thoroughly explained to me in a professional way that didn't make me feel undermined. My favorite part of the buying experience was getting to take my time, ask as many questions I wanted to without feeling rushed, double and triple check over the vehicle click all the buttons and play with all the features to make sure this was what I wanted to drive for the next few years. I bought a 2012 f150 from Caleb. All I can say, it was one of the best experiences at a dealership . I can be a very difficult person, but Caleb always was professional and kept working with me to get what I wanted. From constant updates, and always had a positive attitude. Couldn’t have picked a better dealership and couldn’t have a better salesman. We love our new truck. *few days later* After owning the truck for less then a week, the check engine light came on, the breaks were squeaking, and one bulb was out by the license plate. I got into contact with Caleb, which was amazing, and he had the service depot call me back. Fast forward a few days later. I brought it in to get looked at. They fixed the check engine light, and the wireing harness, for the license plate bulb. Service department never kept me updated, but my salesman did, which speaks a lot about him. I bring it home, the breaks are still squeaking. Now I have to bring it to my mechanic to get it looked at, bc I live and hour away. 5 stars( or if I could leave more) for Caleb, finance department all the way down to the lot attendant for making a 2012 vehicle look brand new, but about 2 stars for the service department.

I read the reviews, and even chatted to the sales guy about them, they said they changed everything around - Flew in from Maine to the Burgh to buy an 2021 F150 Lariat... Breakdown everything was solid.. Final paperwork they hit me with a $1,500 Notary fee... $25 fee... Talk about greedy... I didnt notice is because I had a 11 hour drive back home to Maine. and they were doing everything to get me on the road...Taking advantage of that... . Their finance guy may be the best...the best at screwing people out of their money. I've got family in the area... will make sure they warn everyone, not that most dont know about this shady practice.. GREEDY- I'll Like a refund of that amount... If not my reviews of this horrible practice will cost you more business and a lot more than $1,500..

Great experience here working with Caleb. Highly recommend using him. He was very friendly, warm, professional, and personable. He got me the best price on a used GTI. I live in North Hills and he hooked me up and drove the GTI to the north hills location so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to the South Hills to pick up the car. He also gave me a 15 Starbucks card and Sarah's chocolate for purchasing from him. Can't say enough good things about Caleb and my experience there.
