I have processed mortgages for five different homes and in my experience, Sherwood Mortgage Group, Rob Scheuing and his team was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had! There are a lot of options out there to finance, going via direct with a bank/lender or brokers that have direct partnerships with specific bank/lenders. Don't make the mistake of going down the wrong path, having to endure an entry level / journeymen point of contact reading from a script, with little-to-no mortgage/finance experience and limited on what options they can provide you based on their company's rules and regulations. Mortgages are not cut and dry and each client has unique circumstances/situations.
