Shannon is fantastic. I just moved from out of state and she made the process for transferring my policy so incredibly easy! She handled everything for me and was very transparent about everything throughout the process. Plus she helped me save some money too! She is very accessible by phone and email too. She gets things done so quickly that her turn around time is better measured in hours than in days.

Sarah was super kind and helpful when I called a little frazzled about needing to get a car I just purchased insured ASAP. She listened to what I wanted but offered suggestions when appropriate and explained the kind of coverage I was looking at. I would highly recommend her for your insurance needs! She is also very responsive via email too. StateFarm in general offered me the best rate (by quite a bit) compared to other insurance agencies I researched. Their website is easy to navigate and I was also able to bundle my renters insurance too. They give a lot of nice discounts for safe driving histories, if you are a college graduate, and if you have taken a driver's ed course within the last three years. Can't recommend them enough!
