The staff is always awesome when my aunt and I come to make our payments there. They're always friendly and they'll do anything in the world to help find whatever it is you'd like to get. From refrigerators to brand new game systems, power tools to laptops, they'll do their absolute best to get you the best value for your money! The ladies are great at letting you know when your next payment is due and how much it is every time, no asking involved. Every time my aunt and I come in, we're always greeted with a friendly hello and a warm goodbye when we leave. If you need to get yourself a loan at a great value, this is the place to do it! ^_^

Corporate office doesn't respond in a timely fashion and as of now, still not at all, also I borrowed 1,460 but on my credit report it shows that I borrowed 2,318. I dont know if this was a mistake but no ones fixing this problem.. at all....Other than that and the interest all else was fine.

Shamrock Finance is a great business filled with great people who are professional and courteous. They are always willing to help if you communicate with them and have a wide range of merchandise not just money loans. I started going through them 2 years ago just to build my credit, but Shamrock has been more than that they have helped me through some hard financial times.

I personally do not prefer to take out loan's, but during this time in much needed help I am happy I choose to call them. They were very sweet and professional. Christina was such a sweetheart and very happy to assist me in my needs of financial help. The loan process was quick and I received the help I needed, even with my credit not being that great! I'd definitely refer them to friends and family!

I’ve always had a difficult time with getting approved with loans I can tell you that I would always go to a bunch of loan places and nobody wanted to approve because of my low credit score since I had never gotten one and Shamrock was the first place where I got approved I am so grateful they were able to help me out the girls are very helpful and professional I definitely recommend this place

Everybody know that these loans places will get you every time when you get a loan because your in need and pray on that, but they advertised that they do taxes. So i figured it cant be bad right. WRONG AGAIN! Not only did they mess up and said i claimed earned income credit that i didnt, but then after they asked me multiple time if i had gotten my two previous stimulus check and i told them yes. They still said i didnt get my second one. Both of those issues cause me not to get my tax return because it was flagged as me trying to scam.... I filed on march 3rd its may 7th still havent gotten my tax return yet. The IRS says its under review for fraud... I have tried on multiple occasions to talk to them To ask for help and every tine they say there isnt anything they can do to help. They wouldnt even give me a loan against my return like everyone else. On top of that when actually read the fine Print in the paper work you dont only get charged for them doing your taxes but i discovered more places where they just add $5 or $10 and think it wont be caught. Also they make sure your return is placed in their bank first so that way they can tax you yet again because they charge for 2 internal bank transfer fees and a direct deposit fee to even deposit the funds when even on the IRS web site it says they cant charge for direct deposit returns... The people working there dont care about anything except finding way to tax you at every turn. In any other industry alll services would have been free because of their mess up. And most would have found a way to help. Its just said to see how much they really dont care and the fact that they refuse to help shows how pathetic this institution is. If i stole that much money from some one and causing the same kind of damage they have to an individual i would be in and jail and have a nice pain suffering fine to pay. Sadly they know people who go to them for help cant afford the legal help to fight back. Its just sad.
