The lady (Wendy) is very rude. When she called me I let her ask me questions to complete my loan process. When I told her I’m on jury duty in las cruces and only have 15 mins. She started scolding me about her having to get this done. I told her someone called last week and I told them to call on Saturday. She started telling me why didn’t I call. Excuse me but on Friday I drive back to Albuquerque and on Saturday is my only day to be with my kids and get them ready for the crazy week ahead. Because I’m out of town mine and my family are trying to do our best to make it to the end of this jury duty. I’m not here by choice. I really didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and hung up on me. VERY VERY RUDE!!!

Shamrocks finance Is nothing but the best place! The people who work there are just simply amazing and so welcoming! You will have no problems getting what you want! I strongly recommend this place!

So it looks like management has changed again and still a customer and have been for a long time haven't had any bad experiences with new management as of yet But seems to be the same and you can buy TVs, couches and appliances and electronics and other stuff and pay like you would your loan

The girls who work there are very welcoming and super kind. They are very welcoming and are good at helping out the best option to take out a loan and financing things. I recommend stopping by and checking them out for sure.

The manager was rude and very unprofessional! I was approved for a loan and she wanted me to produce an award letter for 2020 and its still 2019! Hassled me and acted as if she was giving the money out of her own pocket! Very unprofessional and someone really needs to teach her some customer skills!! If you are on government benefits dont go in here she ask for the impossible! I have never been treated like a 3rd class citizen like she treated me! There is plenty of other places to get a loan in ABQ I suggest going there at least there you will be treated with respect! Youve been warned!

A lady call me. References to Kevin campos. And she was saying that kevin haven't made the payment to tell him if he doesn't paid. They will take him to court. I dont need to listen to that So I call her back very rude lady. I ask her to remove my name and number and she told me why I agreed to put my number then so i tell her that's not of her business just removed and she starts aback talk with me. This lady need to respect customers that's all thanks I dont need no threats..NOT. RECOMMENDED AT ALL 😡😡

Wendy and the other members of staff were really helpful they approved me for a loan when nobody else would. Best of all you can get a higher loan and even get furniture after your established and pay on time with them. Also they help you build credit. Definitely recommended!!

Rochelle was very friendly and professional. She helped me get my paperwork together and had me out in no time. The other ladies were also great and friendly. I will be recommending shamrock finance to all my friends and family
