Severn and his group are absolutely AMAZING. Insurance is stressful and confusing for a lot of us, and we often overpay and under receive. My previous insurance experiences were subpar (a company that has progress in its name but definitely doesn’t help things progress!)… ESPECIALLY when it actually mattered. My car was the unfortunate victim of a vandal at work (full time RN), and my previous insurers were rude, unhelpful, and difficult to get ahold of. I hated discussing personal matters with someone halfway across the globe. I felt helpless. SO at my sister’s recommendation I contacted Severn (cue confetti). He is so knowledgeable, and does a great job at communicating, explaining and aiding in decision-making. He will find you the best deal hands down. He is also local to the valley and someone you can easily get ahold of, need I say more?! Give him a chance to beat Liberty Mutual (Sale's people who are motivated to gouge the customers and pad their wallets with high commissions they quote as policy premiums?! Shameless!), Geico, Progressive, Farmers, Allstate, even Costco Member's only Insurance company. Trust me, insurance is most times ridiculously overcharged and rarely necessary to utilize. However, Severn Thomas does an excellent job to get you the best rate and that's what every company advertises but doesn't actually do. THANK YOU SEVERN FOR DOING A REALLY GREAT JOB!

I've been a customer at Severn's office for about three years now and am completely happy! I came to them after having to deal with my old insurance company on a claim gone seriously wrong. Even though I wasn't a customer of State Farm at the time, Severn's office helped me understand the insurance language, my policy and how it all works.
