We just purchased my husband’s third vehicle from Seven X. We have always had great dealings with them. I am looking forward to another vehicle hopefully this summer. Eric, Faith, Frank and the crew have always gone above and beyond to make sure hubby is happy. We will keep going to Seven X for our vehicles.

My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from Seven X Motors. Our salesman, Frank was more than helpful with everything. There wasn't any kind of sales pressure at all, in fact he took the time to explain everything about the van. If I was asked if I would recommend Seven X Motors to anyone interested in buying a good used vehicle I would say most definitely! Thanks again Frank and Eric! We are looking forward to doing business with you again!

I bought my car and they coerced me into buying the extended insurance. Well, lucky I did. The motor died. The insurance covered it. After paying an extra 1200 out of pocket I picked up my car and the lights were all on. Eric told me to take the car and to drive it that the lights would eventually go off. Big mistake. How is it possible that a highly reputable company has such an incompetent mechanic?! After taking my car for repairs Eric kept finding other problems with the car his business sold me less than one year ago! Such incompetence! Well I have my car back with more problems than when I took it to Eric! Not drivable. He is not professional and basically he said "take your car" "I will never touch your car again" Don't worry God will definitely take care of you.... KARMA!!!

I bought my car from them and I love how friendly everyone is, I’m so in love with my vehicle I would definitely recommend my entire family and friends to buy cars from them , I also love how patient and helpful everyone and frank is an awesome person the car was definitely in my budget range how I like it .

BUYER BEWARE This place is crooked , all their cars are junk that are just shined up to look nice. They may be under new ownership but are still the same old seven x. They will take your money and when your car breaks down a week later act like it’s your fault. Stay away from this place.

After a couple of weeks I’ve decided to write a review on Seven X Motors. At first dealing with Seven X motors was great they were helpful and understanding. Once we got there we put our deposit on the vehicle but after our deposit it started to just go downhill. It took them a week to finish an alignment after doing a bunch of work to our vehicle but it’s not the alignment I was worried about it’s the work they’ve done to the truck prior to the alignment. My oil level was below the minimum line, my transmission started to slip and noticed the fluid was far above the high level on operating temp. I called to inform them about it and it was immediately defensive and false information. I was told it’s okay to overfill a transmission because it has a gent up top, this is clearly false information as if you look in any operating manual you will see that overfilling a transmission causes damage to the transmission. The control arms they installed were installed incorrectly to the point where the boots on the ball joint were prematurely tearing because they impacted it down all the way. The alignment is not my issue and never has been since I’ve interacted with them, it’s the other work performed after. Regardless, this dealership at first seemed great but after it’s left a bad taste in my mouth after I was done with them, I will not be returning to Seven X motors in the near future. My advice to Seven X Motors, listen to what people tell you instead of getting defensive and not allowing them to speak. You’re providing a service and the customer should be able to voice concerns to you without getting some sort of defensive response. My advice to anyone going to Seven X Motors, make sure you do your research first. Check the CARFAX, check the state of the vehicle prior and after purchase. Also, their dealer warranty is absolutely trash they expect you to pay 50% labor and parts if there’s anything wrong after you sign. Do not let this place mislead you. Lastly there’s a check engine light on and I wouldn’t trust this place to even fix it at this point. On July 21st this dealer harassed me by calling me about six consecutive times in regards to the review I left. On September 9th, I called to take them up on their offer for the 100% full refund. I was refused a 100% full refund, they offered a buyback for 20k when a remainder of 10k was left. They sold me a truck with a warranty which was voided out due to modifications(Oversized wheels) the vehicle was sold with from the dealer. The incorrect control arms were installed, they installed steel when the front end is aluminum. They messed up on my camber pins and ruined the pins where they are gone. Due to the incorrect control arms being installed it ruined the steering knuckles(spindles) by digging into the top. I brought the vehicle to a reputable shop and was told there is about $5,000 in repairs to be done not including any other repairs like the A/C which stopped working in September and the transmission doing a shudder and slipping. This dealer is nothing by lies and shady and will not stand by their word. I have everything documented and they are attempting to make themselves look good publicly by stating they are willing to offer a full refund no matter what condition the vehicle is in and I was told a complete different story on the phone. They sold me a vehicle which was unsafe to drive and operate. It should not have passed a safety inspection. This is unacceptable. Pictures will be uploaded in a few days. I will never recommend this place to anyone no matter what the situation is.

Highly recommend Seven X Motors. I already have a nice and comfortable car which I love. I did want to compromised my car’s comfort but I need a bigger one since my family is growing. I have a family of 6. They kindly suggested me some of their best option’s. I want to highlight that they really took the time to explain every single detail. I love how they took the time to go over my options. At the end I was able to find a great fit me. The team was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professionals.

I purchased my first car from seven X probably 15 years ago. I was a kid with no credit and he trusted me with installments. He’s a local guy, totally took care of me and when no one else would have given me a loan he did. I was able to pay off the car in a few months and had that car for years. Definitely would trust these guys again.

I purchased my first car from here it’s a 2013 Hyundai and I love it I’ve had it for about 5-6 months and I can say it’s a great car I’ve had minor issues with it since purchasing but seven x has always put in a lot of effort to fix any issue at little or to no cost even when I’m not the easiest costumer to deal with at times they really do try to keep there costumers happy faith Eric and Frank are awesome not to mention this was the only dealership to accept me with the little credit I had

Highly recommend Seven X Motors. I bought my first car here three years ago and still have it today running great. I recently came back for a second one for my family. They had a large 3rd row seat selection and flexible financing options. The team was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and took the time to find the right fit for me.

My experience at seven x has been nothing but excellent. I have a low credit score from some mistakes in my past & have desperately been trying to buy a vehicle. I had been turned down by every place I have been to and was about to just buy a clunker until my friend recommended I try seven x. They are the only place that was able to help me and I could not be happier with my purchase!!! See you guys in a couple of years to trade in and upgrade!!! Very pleased with everything. Got exactly what I wanted and more. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone is so down to earth and understanding. I absolutely love my Honda, fits me just right and love that they were able to get me in my new car so fast. Would highly recommend anyone interested in getting a new car go to Seven X Motors. They make buying a new car a wonderful experience. Can't thank you all enough. Keep up the great work.
