SESLOC Federal Credit Union Golden Hill Rd, Paso Robles

I find the customer service at the Paso Robles SESLOC FCU to be outstanding. The tellers are polite, responsive, and attentive. I am not sure what warranted the negative reviews from others here. I have been coming to this branch for two years now, no problem. There have been days in which the line was moderately long and there were certain transactions that perhaps took longer from other customers or me, that's expected. I recommend them to any future customer looking for local banking, perhaps considering a small loan at a lower rate than most banks. They will walk you through the process. This branch is highly recommended.

do you realize that this Federal credit Union charges non-customers who are issued to check by the account holder a fee to cash the check

I have found the staff here to be very accommodating and very helpful. No matter what my question, they respond and help immediately. I am pleased to have a good location near my home and have friendly staff there to work with.

Terrible experience here at this location. You are treated like a criminal rather than family. Horrible.
