    I am giving a 1 star because I can't go any lower. I am a single working mom and bought my house last year. The first loan company was fine no issues made my payments. With these people it is absolutely ridiculous. I have called to make payments - they take my payment via phone every month and nothing comes out. I have stayed on the phone with them numerous days and hours and do not have time to do this weekly. I am giving them money and they won't take it out of my account. They always tell me "well we can take your payment now" ok - have attempted to make multiple payments multiple times to no avail. There is plenty of money in my account - I also called my bank to see if there was an issue there, nothing. The bank stated they have not seen anything trying to come out. Months later we still have this issue and now my loan has gone into default. A REP with HUD - a federal agent even got involved and customer service was very rude to the both of us and at 1 point told me she was not talking to me.... Excuse me - this is my home and if I have to get lawyer involved I most certainly will. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I am going to fight this tooth and nail because they are too sorry to figure out what the problem is with my account. I get no answers - I get hung up on. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! I am also reporting to the BBB. This is absolutely ridiculous that they do this to people. I will get anyone and everyone involved that I possibly can!!! (p.s. - Every time I call now I have a list of names and dates of when I talk to them and they take my payments)

    I have been trying to get a payment scheduled canceled as I am trying to set up a new payment schedule. I have called three times, and each time I have been on hold for at least 30 minutes. Most of us work for a living and don’t have time to be on hold and keep calling because they don’t take care of a request as you have asked. I would cancel the payment myself on their website, but of course, they don’t give that option online so you can instead waste at least a half hour of your day to get a hold of someone who reassures me it is taken care of, and then I check and it is not. I usually don’t write reviews but I echo everyone else’s frustrations in the reviews. Stay away from them if you can.

    I give it a 3 because we have had no problems with them taking out the payments electronically. My issue is that was refinanced with a different company March 31st. We were told we would get an escrow check back for paying our mortgage off in full in 7-10 business days. 10 business days come and go. I call customer service. Wait for about 45 minutes. They tell me the check doesn’t get sent out until 4-6 weeks. 4 weeks come and go and still no check. I call again. Wait time was longer. They tell me they haven’t issued it yet. They have up to 6 weeks. Ok, so 6 weeks comes and goes. No check still. We call again. We wait another long wait time. They are like 45-1 hr wait times. They tell me the checked had been mailed on April 21st. I said well it’s been 3 weeks. They tell me North Carolina mail is horrible. It’s taking longer than normal. They also said they could cancel that check and reissue another. That will take another 2 weeks to get to us or I can wait to see if it comes over the weekend or Monday, so today is Monday and still no check. Now by this time I have received other letters from the company. The letters make it but the check doesn’t. Hmmmm. So I call Ed and talked to Tamika, who by the way was very patient with my frustration. I explained I received a new statement and asked why they took an extra $131.10 off my balance. She said it’s across the board for that. Even though my loan was paid in full we still had to pay extra money on top of it for pmi. 2 “rear” payments. Fine. But I’m not happy. We paid you in full. Now she says we can stop the other check and reissue a new one. I said no way. I need that money. It will take at least another 2 weeks to get. There is no way. I need asap. She talked to her manager and they are overnighting it. It will be at least 5 days. Meanwhile, fedex will need me to sign for it so I have to stay at home to sign. Over night = 5 more days🤔 I’m so frustrated. They can’t do an autopay but can except one. The company is ridiculous!!!! Just read the fine fine print when you sign.

    I have issues with making my mortgage payment on their website EVERY single month. Every time that I attempt to log in to make a mortgage payment the website says that either my username or password is incorrect. I know my password and username. It's not ever an easy process. I am tired of it. No I do not want to call and make a payment over the phone. I would like to continue making online payments without the hassle. I hope they sell my account very soon. The worst mortgage company that I've had so far.

    My mortgage was sold to this shady company. They make it impossible to make payments, never get the same story twice and are constantly making me jump through hoops. Customer service is rude, they make threats, tell me there's no way payments can be made for one reason or another. Ask for manager she never calls back, there reps don't know the difference between forbearance and deferment or how tho processes work and use the terms interchangeably. Avoid this company!

    I repeatedly find the agents who answer the phone to be rude, inept and inefficient. I have received multiple phone calls and certified letters that I am in default on my loan, but the fact of the matter is, the property was sold, the payoff was sent by the attorney and they received it the following morning. A month later, they are still arguing that they haven't gotten it and are requiring me to "PROVE" it. I provided them with the tracking number, the name of the person who signed for it, etc, and they can't find it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

    Not only has our mortgaged increased substantially every year without an increase in taxes.... I just waited over 25 minutes on hold, went from caller TWENTY FOUR to caller NINETEEN just to be told they closed for the day. Then it said I could leave a message and proceeded to hang up without an ability.

    Update: upon leaving this Google review I was promptly contacted by a representative who quickly and efficiently helped me figure out my issues and helped me solve the problem. I changed the rating from one star to three stars. Pray you don't need to talk to someone in person. Iv been trying to get through to a real human being for over a week. Every time I call there is a que of people on hold 12-20 people long. After an hour of waiting you might have moved up the list by 3 or 4 callers.

    I have four total checks that cleared my account. I attached them and all other supporting documents from my bank. They did inform me May bank statements will not be available until next week. I also attached proof of four total processed check and numbers as well as the ONE reversal since they had the bill pay address listed for a PO Box in Atlanta on their website.The April payment was credited to the wrong account per the collections manager and the proof it was processed in Atlanta at PNC bank. Both April 4th dated checks cleared 4/7 and both May checks dated 5/9 cleared 5/13. The online payment I made for June was made May 20th, so why am I missing credit for the April 4th check that cleared? I am beyond upset at this point and do not understand why there is still no explanation for the cleared check from April for both mortgage loans. I have made a total of SIX payments for May including paying early online for June, since they told me it would be credited to my account per the manager. I asked to speak someone above her since I was not getting any resolution for weeks. This seems to be a pattern with this company and I really wish I would have read the reviews before I made a decision let them steal money from me despite my bank verifying everything was paid. I am reporting them to the BBB and also meeting with our family attorney this evening to start a case. This has to stop somewhere and I have the resources to get to the bottom of it.

    I call to make my payment each month. I'm ordinarily on the phone for about 1 min. Their always professional. They email me an instant receipt. I've never had an issue in nearly 5 years of calling them.

    I can never get anyone on the phone. I try to make my payments through the website. It says the feature is unavailable because I may have a payment already scheduled. Which this isn’t true. I try to pay by phone, it takes forever to even get through everything just to be told “Im sorry, we’re unable to process this request”. I have way too much on my plate to be trying to search high and low to spend my money to pay a bill. It should never be this complicated!

    Absolutely the worst mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. The customer service reps have poor work ethic and are extremely rude! The website will not let you make split payments which I have never heard of! I wish my mortgage was never sold to this trash company! Absolutely hate it!
