I love this credit union, but trying to reach someone on the phone is nearly impossible. I don't have time to wait 45 minutes to speak to a human. They have to change/upgrade this system. Hire a few more people. It won't break the bank.

I love this bank along with a very friendly staff. They seem very genuine and their products/services are much better than what TD and regular commercial banks like Bank of America offers. The rates are much better and have done number of wires which is very reasonable. The fact that I can contact them any time of the day is a nice option. Highly recommended bank.

Login is hard to find. Login consistently rejects my login devises and I have to go through getting an email with code to prove who I am. Again and again.

This is a great branch. They have always been pleasant and helpful. I really found out how much they are willing to go the extra mile, While I was trying to get my mortgage approved through a different bank. Anytime I needed something the staff took their time and helped me figure out what I needed and how to get it done. Next time I need financing I will go through them!!!

Staff was completely unhelpful. Complete lack of basic customer service skills. Only interested in passing the buck and taking no responsibility. Left me to try and figure out a solution with no help.
