Personally I've always received wonderful service here. Sometimes even going above and beyond what is expected. Have had several loans through them. One auto loan was handled over the phone while working out of state. They took care of getting notaries set up for me and all necessary Communications to help get it taken care of.

The NEW location is awesome. Julie and her crew went above and beyond to help us get papers notarized, copied, collated, and stapled for the sale of our USCG documented boat (and deposit our check of course). BRAVO!

I’m so frustrated, we went to shell knob location in January to get our vehicles refinanced through them. Merry said that she will get out titles sent out and we will receive them within 6 to 8 weeks. It’s March, I have called the license bureau and they have no record of our titles. I have called and emailed Merry over 10 times and no answer. She did answer and talked to me one time and said they were in her office and she would get them send off and this was 8 weeks after we signed, So they are still sitting in her office and we still haven’t received our titles. She still has not made any contact with us about when we should receive them and when I try to call or email I never receive anything back. This is very frustrating! I called the license bureau and they told me to just file for a lost title since it’s been past 8 weeks and she still has them just sitting in her office. Guess that’s what I’m going to have to do since I never get any information back!!
