Sentinel Title in Daphne, Al made the whole process of closing so simple. We haven’t purchased a lot of property and really didn’t know what to expect. I found Jessica Rohm very on top of things and everything was done in a professional manner and very timely. The day before the closing the Buyer tested positive for COVID. It did not bother them at all. We closed in the parking lot with Levi in latex gloves and mask. Everything went so smoothly and there was no drama through the whole process.

Sentinel Title helped my buyers close on their home in 20 days! That is unheard of but we all pulled together as a team and got the work done in record time. I give all credit to the hard work Phyl Bolton put in on nights and weekends. She and her staff were professional and did an outstanding job for me and my buyers!
