Sente mortgage has been a Godsend to me! We bought a home, minus a realtor, and Victoria Bowden and Amy Lux helped me every step of the way. I am extremely grateful to these two ladies for all of their help, advice and much needed encouragement. They took what is usually a very stressful situation and made it almost completely stress free for my husband and myself. We closed on our home on Monday. If we ever sell or purchase another home they will definitely be my go to. I very highly recommend Sente Mortgage for your real estate needs, they are an amazing team of people!

We didn't work with Sente, but REALLY wish we would've picked them from the start (our realtor referred us to a different company, but we shouldn't have listened). We contacted Vince after our loan officers at AmCap (different company) almost lost us the deal (multiple times) by filing some paperwork incorrectly. I saw the reviews on here, and immediately called Sente Mortgage as a plan B in case things went south. Vince eased our mind and sent us everything we needed that same day, despite the crazy market! The sellers were asking us to put more earnest money down if we switched lenders, but luckily, our loan officers were able to correct the problem after their manager got involved. Vince, on the other hand, was absolutely attentive and responsive. He was always checking in (unlike our loan officer), and we felt like he genuinely wanted to help us close on our home. I highly recommend working with Vince – he gained my trust and made us feel taken care of. We will be using Sente when we buy our next home.

I can’t begin to give enough thanks to Christian and Victoria helping us through our first home purchase. We looked around for help after a failed attempt of applying for a mortgage by ourselves with our credit union RBFCU, we decided on Sente. From day 1 they have followed up with us and guided us through the whole process and made it just super easy experience. I don’t have a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect. They have their process just locked in. Not once did I feel left out if the loop and not aware of what’s going on. They always answered our calls and emails promptly but most of the time they were ahead of any questions or concerns. I shopped around for mortgage brokers, and Tyler was the best. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process very smooth. Tyler actually calls you in a responsive manner, and is gives you what you need. Lauren the loan processor, was great to work with. I was able to start the refinance process and close within 4 weeks on 2 properties. I would definitely recommend Tyler with Sente Mortgage.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah and Christian Chacon. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable group to work with. We highly recommend the Sente mortgage team. If you have credit issues that are affecting your ability to purchase a home, they have algorithms that have proven successful. We had tried different credit building and credit repair avenues for a years now. All to come up even worse than when we started. Michele Fisher has been kind, honest, professional, funny and communicative throughout the whole process. We didn't know much of anything being first time home buyers. Anytime I had a question Michele was responsive and informative and I always felt comfortable asking any question. She never made me feel like I was asking too much. She put me at ease about several of my worries. She helped us with our VA loan. Michele and her team did all the heavy lifting and all we had to do was sign.
