Elizabeth and her team did a wonderful job under the circumstances of the times. We had never before bought property, then hired a builder (AHP) to construct a new house on the 2.5 acre lot. It was a very different experience. Sente helped us through every step, explaining what was happening at each stage. We started with a construction loan and when the house was completed, moved to a VA loan. Not many mortgage companies handle both. Obstacles were encountered along the way, but all hurdles were surmounted and we relied heavily on Elizabeth’s and Betsy’s knowledge and expertise. All is well in our new home.

I have used Sente several times in the last few years and have worked closely with Milton Birdwell and Laurie Lallinger. On two occasions we withdrew from our contracts due to structural issues with the properties even though Sente had already done a considerable amount of work. I never got any pushback from Sente. I have always felt that they had my best interests at heart and give great customer service. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them.
