Working with Lindsey throughout refinancing our home was a wonderful experience. I have refinanced one other time and it was the most dreadful experience and took months, however, this time with Lindsey eased my hesitation for doing so again in the future when needed. I might have spent one hour in total with my refinance....that was submitting what was requested, all my questions answered, signing and picking up my check. Sarah was very knowledgeable and during the whole process it seemed like she was looking out to make sure I got the best rate and down payment assistance programs. They are quick and efficient and are there when you need to put a last minute offer on a weekend. They also helped me get on the right track to fix my credit which was better than any other credit counseling service I know of.
