Had my debit card compromised. It has been 15 days since they ordered a replacement card, and still no sign of it. Just placed my third call to SENB and was told to wait for the card. After being a customer for 10 years, and a few other mishaps with their awful , sometimes very rude staff, I am closing my account.

Real banking, knocks the socks off those other banks that are 'too big to care' about you. SouthEast has treated me flawlessly since 2008! Love, love, love SENB.

Half of their staff has awful customer service skills and this is the only bank I’ve used that charges you overdraft fees on your overdraft fees. Probably the worst bank that I’ve ever used, which is sad because they have the best candy in the lobbies out of the banks in my area.
